  7. What is the current stance on security being given Enforcers instead of Tasers? [When] Will fastmos be permanent?
  8. Right, but his reason to do so was to prevent the guy from escaping. Why did you pepper spray the guy?
  9. If I recall correctly the guy in the chair was attempting to unbuckle/uncuff which was why the officer was stunbatonning them
  10. I just unlocked plasmaman a few moments ago (yay!), and I play Radon.
  11. This happened with the Syndicate nuke shuttle as well, we cycled it but it still flung us around.
  12. I agree with Fox. Imagine you were forced to do something that you did not want to do, and there were no 'real' consequences to not doing it - you wouldn't do it or would do it very poorly. People aren't getting paid to do jobs like in real life, they're doing it because they want to. For fun. (most of the time) And from what I've seen, normal jobs do get filled up. It's the in-game performance of them that's an issue. (i.e. Lots of malpractice bay)
  13. This tale focuses around the time a Brig Phys helped a Vox murderer. So there's a murderous rampaging Vox (We'll call him $Vox) on the loose, extremely dangerous, unable to be contained. Has killed a lot of sec members including the HoS as well as other command members. I've been killed twice and have very minimal equipment. So logically if you're the Brig Phys you wouldn't want to heal a mass-murderer at large right away (uncuffed, armed to the teeth) in BRIGBAY so they can't get straight back to their murderous rampage of other crew members right? Wrong! The Brig phys decided to do just that. I see $Vox casually walking out of brigbay with the Brig Phys and what does $Vox do next? Why $Vox lets out a massive EMP that knocks everyone over, kills the IPC HoS and Magistrate, and runs away of course! Standing there in pure dumbfoundment, I then stunbaton the Brig phys and cuff him for aiding and abetting a murderer on a rampage. I then start to yell at him - he tries to justify it with his "doctor morales", or something like that. $Vox comes back to the brig later on, this time with telekenetic powers and is harmbatoning another officer with their telekensis in processing. The rest of us rush $Vox and I load $Vox full of syringes from a rapid syringe gun used by another rampaging murderer earlier that shift. I think it was Cyanide. $Vox was then on the floor, stammering, asking "WHYS!?!" as they died. It was finally over. The end.
  14. Hey I've seen Tariq around a bit! Welcome!! There's usually a lot of !!FUN!! here when you aren't being space lubed and then beat to death face first on the floor
  15. I disagree; You could have an assassinate target and they end up dying somehow completely unrelated to your doings - you shouldn't be rewarded for that. You could cheese your way into completing an objective which you shouldn't be rewarded for either, at least not in the same way Karma is given out and treated. It will make a lot of people have a "play to win" attitude. It will also probably devalue Karma immensely. Karma should be given to you only by other players for it to remain what it is - karma.
  16. Just pepper spray, I felt like being special and using a real life brand of it >.>
  17. My Standard Loadout includes: 1 Full Corporate Security Outfit w/ Cap 2 Flashes (1 on belt, 1 in bag) 3 Cuffs (1 on belt, 2 in bag) 1 Taser/Disabler Combo 1 Stunbaton 2 Flashbangs (1 on belt, 1 in bag.) 2 Sabre Red OC Spray (with the nozzle opened wide) 1 Heavy Duty Seclite 1 Crowbar 1 Sec gasmask set in the third position for maximum shitcurity Sometimes I carry: A pair of silent shoes (in bag, so I can alter between presence deterrence and sneaky capturing on the fly) Bulletproof Armor & Helmet (in bag, swap between looks and performance) 2+ Teargas grenades Advanced Trauma Kit / Medical Patches Being redundant is very important to me, which is why I have a couple extra things, in addition to separating them from my bag and my belt. What do you take in your loadout?
