  1. I was really hoping this would be a race suggestion. Slightly dissapointed but I still support this, sounds fun
  2. It's difficult to RP with a tormented, 90% of the time deaf, HONKspouting abomination, but it's possible.
  3. They are also rare and happen only by wizard or admin
  4. No. Once you are cluwned, it stains your soul. You are cluwne for life
  5. It's a cluwne. It's not "people". Better to beat the corpse, just to make sure the suffering has ended. People tend to gang on things and not stop beating it until someone actually checks if they are truely dead, this might take a while. Cluwnes either deserve their fate or are out of reach for any help anyone can give them. They are also so incompetent and horrible that even killing yourself is hard.
  6. That is the only way for their suffering to end. They are cursed, killing them is an act of mercy.
  7. Cluwnes are abominations and killing them is merciful
  8. Smoke, foam, puke, green puke, blood, cheese, mutagen, charcoal, colorful reagent, tofu and now, confetti Not that big of a deal tbh
  9. Some poeple need to learn the difference between chaplain and inquisitor before playing the role.
  10. I sometimes explain shit that happens in SS13 to my girlfriend. Shit like "So this Internal Affairs Agent farted on a bible-" This is the point when her full confused attention is directed towards me and multiple questions rise "- and I turned them into a cluwne-" A finger rises as she is about to start asking some questions but decides against it "-they fruitlessly tried to kill themseves but a medibot kept them alive" Her reaction when I explained what a cluwne is was "That's horrible! It goes away right?" I then had to explain the ways people tried to escape the torment and how those attempts have been "fixed" to not work. I have yet to explain what the game is all about, all she knows is the random shit that happens. She thinks I play some kind of nightmarish sadism simulation and she is 100% correct
  11. While signatures are THE way to prove it's actually your paper, a fancy-pansy stamp would be great, if not for usefulness, for the feeling of importance. A paper covered in magistrate stamps that says you are sectenced to attend to the clown's ballet show for being mean? fuck
  12. Detective is not a sec officer.
  13. For the millionth time, no.
  14. Not all surgery should be absolutely impossible to do without anestesia. I have dug out glass from a wound and then stitched it, it was on my leg. No problems. I still wouldn't be too happy if someone cut me open and gave my liver a hug. Would take a bit of balancing on the pain levels for each surgery step.
  15. Greytider wet dream. Also, impossible to make rules on what are the mysterious "roleplay conditions" On the topic itself, making the meta of jakkety saxing while harmbatoning the victim die would be fine by me.
  16. Wasn't that about how howling is less loud than screams?
  17. Wait, someone said the volume was fine? The fuck?
  18. This is something I have been wanting for a long time. Also, heart attack from pure pain when?!
  19. This would remove one of the defining aspects of the race and adding something that has little use outside being an annoying twat
  20. The implant can start screaming like a maniac the second its holder is attacked. The whole thing is nothing but a giant buff to pAI that already have too much of an impact in the game in my opinion.
  21. Trying to balance shit by locking it behind research or saying "it can be nerfed or removed later" is bad. This is literally suggesting that science could print death alarm++ on demand
  22. Trying to balance shit by locking it behind research is bad. IPCs are balanced currently. They have a big weakness and multiple upsides.
