  1. Did not know this. Never knew why there were different brands. Will check those out now.
  2. Flypeople could just be a mutant race. Can be available at roundstart. The others too. ZOMBIES no, I agree, that would have to be from a virus. But the others? Possible.
  3. It really gives me OCD that I can't remove these items.
  4. I posted this in issues, while apparently it is a feature request. I thought it was a bug because well, this should (In my opinion) have been possible to begin with. But anyway, here it is. ^
  5. Seriously though, what would be doable to make people go to normal jobs more?
  6. I would like to know what @Fox McCloud thinks of the things that @Jovaniph suggested. Could (some of) these things be done/made? It would be brilliant. However, for some departments, we can't make them too autonomous because well .. let's say people go to medical and use public sleepers. Basically they would have to have medical knowledge because they know what medications to take, etc. I wouldn't want to totally ruin any roleplaying or whatever.
  7. I mean this in a friendly way. Do not insult players or anything. Just who is the one that (can sometimes) stir(s) up the most trouble for security? And why? And what is your in-game reaction? For me, it was Ares until he left. Currently, @Slith-Skaar and Madilynn Drago (spelling?) can be quite the troublemakers for sec, in a GOOD way, mind :)
  8. I still would like to think of options to make people choose real jobs over the civilian slot if both options are available. Filled, working departments make the best gameplay experience, in my opinion.
  9. I agree but then it has to happen. And it doesn't, on many levels, which I think is sad. This is why I also suggested environemental/virus outbreak penalties for a dirty station, etc. As it is, dirt, blood, gibs, puke and other unhygienic stuff only are asthetically annoying, nothing else, in my opinion.
  10. ...perhaps you could play as zombie when there's some strange disease outbreak which would cause zombies to generate/spawn? I know this isn't just about flypeople. I'll edit the topic name accordingly if possible. Lastly, SYNTHS. I would really love this. Make them VALID like a cluwne, but make it an option to play them at roundstart. THEY WOULD NOT AUTOMATICALLY BE AN ANTAG BECAUSE THE RACE IS VALID, it's just, you know, for that extra tension!
  11. I'm thinking of TG's flypeople Am I the only one who would like to play as this race sometimes? I am all for diversity and well, it's just unique. Perhaps yo
  12. Yes and the janitor is severely underplayed. Also, one space cleaner bottle is not a bad thing for the kitchen. >Scichem has two bottles >Medical has inf cleaner but doesn't use it all the time >The janitor is often too busy, or the janitorial department is understaffed, or there's no janitor at all.
  13. So. Yes. I know this may not be liked by many people, but honestly? I think that if this was experimented with perhaps, it would do more good. See, a lot of people greytide, and a lot of them are nice/good. But a considerable amount of them can also be ... less than nice. It is also detrimental to the station when there is almost more greytide than people with an actual job. I think that if the number of civilian slots is reduced and more people join normal jobs, the station could be a better place. Currently, the following departments could use more people in most rounds: Medical Security Engineering Atmospherics JANITORS !!! (This is actually triggering me many a round.) Thoughts? Also, if people who would normally go civilian, would abuse their job, well, that's what jobbans are for.

    I would welcome this.
  15. ALFRED/ALFRED-AI/EPSILON here. I just love Synthetics and the fact that they are above petty things such as complicated emotions (depending on how you play) and pain. The best thing is still playing as a medical borg and performing surgery without anasthetic. The screaming, oh, the screaming ..
  16. Farting on a bible causes cluwning. Or does an admin still have to do it manually after they get the message that someone farted on the bible?
  17. Borg army when Cluwnes can be useful. Ask Joe Walaski
  18. WHY are they even valid to begin with? Because someone farted on a bible? Cluwnes can be nice, you know.
  19. Laws, laws, laws are your answer. ...and? Is that a problem? If that is a problem you might as well remove medical borgs by that logic, because they have the same chemicals in their synthesizing cyborg hypospray. Simple laws could prevent abuse. Also, server rules apply. Drones and borgs do not ' ask ' to be emagged either. If they DO get emagged, it's a different story. It wouldn't be that hard to prevent sentient mulebots from being hacked or abused to be honest. One could always remove the ability to hack a mulebot. At least the angry wire (do not know what it is called, the wire that makes them able to drive over others).
