Civilian slots shouldn't be limited. There is already a very obvious issue with people not doing the jobs they signed up for and sometimes you just want to relax and hang out/chat with people without any real responsibility as a civilian. If civilian slots are more limited that just means more people will join as actual jobs and either not do them or get demoted and you'll be left shorthanded anyways.
It's like when people sign up to be librarian and then disappear for the rest of the round. (They don't even bother to stock the shelves with books).
I'm not saying Librarian is the most important job or anything but I think it a good example of what would happen to other departments with the civilian restriction.

You see kids, this is why you don't rush things, sometimes you'll work on stuff and then there will be mistakes. Heck, sometimes you'll actually spot those mistakes and fix them only to realize that "oh look, another mistake that needs to be fixed because I was in such a hurry to fix one thing that I didn't realize another thing was also..not good." @MarsMond I'm sorry for pinging you so much, this will be the last time.
- Snout - Fixed enough.
- Tail - Fixed.
- Eyes - More cat like (two damn pixels).
- Gold/Yellow seams at the bottom of the shirt - Fixed.

I really like how you did draw it, especially the clothing. The only critic i would have is that with the snout and maybe the part of the tail you can see, you would rather think she's a Vulpkanin, rather than a Tajaran. Otherwise, i think the picture with the veil is better, without, her visible eye looks somewhat off.

I remember playing as "Lifeguard" once for the station's pool. Ended up saving a person from drowning and unintentionally saved the Captain from Nuke Ops by asking for an official title since we didn't have an HoP during that round.
Being a Rat king would be a funny idea but it'd require a bunch of ghosts.

Said I was going to take a break but did I? Nah, of course I didn't. *sigh
Anyway, I decided to work a tiny bit on flags last night. What I'd imagine the SolGov flag to look like and the human flag which is pretty much the solgov flag except without the letters. I also tried using the colors of the human flag found on the wiki. I personally like the SolGov flag as well as Version 1 & 2 of the Human flag but eh.

I like to imagine that Olivia Baumer has the same voice as Suzuha from Stein's Gate. I remember first watching that series and instantly falling in love with her voice. I guess she's played by Cherami Leigh, whom I've just discovered has actually done a lot of voice acting, though I only know her because of Steins Gate and Persona 5.
