Probably something from the ye old stations, like Mushroom, Rocket and what not. Thats when places like Bay picked up popularity, so I can see people starting stuff over "Special Snowflakes" in response to the players made on Heavy RP servers, that migrated into anyone having some sort of special thing about them.
Personally I hate the word with a passion because it is never used correctly, and the people who often use it, have just as much detail as the persona they are ridiculing.

As the one who flips the switch on and off, I put the server on unlisted due to the sudden business of the admin team during exams, holidays and other IRL distractions. I am inclined to list us again for intervals, to get new blood so to speak, I am mostly waiting for things to settle down with school before I do so things don't get overrun by greytide.

Don't really need a tool belt when you have your starting box, really. It's only extra click yes but the only people who would need the tool belts usually start with plenty. Yes, this includes roboticists.

According to tiger, this was an unfortunace of the TG inventory PR, and they had no real way to fix this unfortunatly.

Actually I was thinking of implanting their target, so the doctors shrug and just assume Security did it.

The cloner could return a message "Anti-cloning chip present. Aborting." on scanning. The chip would simply communicate with the cloner. We could also emag the console/cloning pod so it would clone regardless, and that's a fun use for a traitor!
Considering how strong these would be to an antag regardless, I dont know if it needs to have an Emag.
Can get a psedo version of this by activating an EMP when their getting cloned ;p

Pepperspray isn't worth using because everyone starts with the tools to ignore it immediately.
Flashes are meant to be used for Robots more then people.
Its not that the Taser encompasses them, its because they are completely invalidated by so many other means.

If their stun time was reduced that much then there's no reason to use them. All you could do is just keep stunning until a friend cuffs them or you run out.
If this in terms of Antags, you got tons of anti stun equipment. Buy them if you think you need to.

I would like to point out both cult and shadowling conversion is literal mind control. I don't really see how that could be considered legal. If need be I can have it be specifically stated, though.
As for Changlings, yes they have always been considered "murder on sight" as they killed to get on board. Wizard objectives were pushed to make them far more inclined to horribly murder the crew and break the law, if I remember, so being a friendly wizard would only protect you so far.

Why is this thread in Code Suggestions?
Edit: Is there going to be a message in the MOTD or something about this trial change, because otherwise half of sec isn't going to be aware of it.
I couldnt get access to the box to put it up, once I can I will be sure to have it in the MOTD.
As for why it's in Code Suggestions, its so it doesnt get drowned by all the suggestions and pushed to other pages.
Also seriously keep going into this in more ways then "it will be bad", looking at it from different angles and opinions can help refine it or see we don't need it.

These are in no way permanent as of this moment, this is just to see how well they perform and feedback gathering.
With that in mind, please rip into these as much as possible.

Starting Friday, we will be adding and editting 3 laws from now until this time February as a trial run of them, to see how they pan out and the communities reaction to them And how fast they abuse them.
These laws will be:
Situation: Refusal to CooperateDescription: When already detained inside the Brig, either in Processing or Temporary Detainment and pending a sentence, refusing to cooperate with Security and instead attempting to break free from their cuffs and/or buckling in such a way that the attending Officers must spend more time preventing their escape than they do actually processing the prisoner.
Modification: +25% to original sentence. Can bring sentences up to Permanent Imprisonment if the 60 minute threshold is crossed because of it.
Crime Name: Enemy of NanotrasenCrime Severity: Capital
Punishment: Permabrig/Execution/Borgification
Description: To be legally proven to either be working for a known hostile corporation (ie: Syndicate), or to be working to undermine Nanotrasen's operations. In order to apply for this crime, enough forensic/legal evidence must be provided that the criminal has actually committed a Medium/Major/Capital Crime. Should the suspect be found to have been contracted by an Enemy of Nanotrasen, but to not actually have done anything, they are to be stripped of their rank, have all items confiscated, and be given a tracking implant. Executions done under this law without proper legal/forensic justification are to be considered murder.
Addendum: Antagonists that reveal themselves to Security without having committed any crimes are to be kept in Protective Custody (read: kept in Security) until the Crew Transfer, where they are to be brought to Central Command. Antagonists that escape from custody or act hostile in any way are to be apprehended and executed.
Situation: Repeat OffenderDescription: To be repeatedly brigged for the same offense multiple times in a single shift (minimum of three times. Applies on the third brigging). Much like crime stacking, these offenses cannot occur during the same incident. Does not apply to Resisting Arrest.
Modification: For each successive Repeated Incidence, an extra five minutes is added to the sentence. If the added time exceeds the original sentence, the crime should be considered one Level above (ie, Medium Crimes become Major Crimes), and the sentence adjusted. Major Crimes with 15 extra minutes added via this modifier should be considered Capital Crimes, but not punishable by Execution or forced Cyborgization.

Also, I'm fairly sure Elliot always has some kind of pickpocketing thing that lets him take items off other people without them knowing. He's always getting into trouble with that. Best said by Skyrim's guards "Keep your hands to yourself, sneak thief"
If he has Pickpocket gloves he can steal things without the big red text showing up. Considering she drew him with black gloves, Dave probably spawned in a pair or bought some and just goofed off.

There's no need for Antagonist Nations because Nations lets you do that anywas. The AI will stop you from doing anything Lethal though, and it's up to the Departments to care about your actions.
There's no need for antags as that will muddle and ruin this.

I only saying this so to avoid a big flame war or something akin, that PR gets rid of the empty Organ folder, since Fethas moved organs somewhere else. Nothing else was changed.

Even if all these women accuse him, they have no evidence to prove him guilty in a US court of law. If they really were raped and want his ass in the slammer, they should've reported the rape YEARS ago when they could've got whatever evidence they could to prove he's guilty. Wouldn't be surprised if some of these women were SJWs out to ruin Bill.
Being the victim of rape is a traumatizing act that can't even be put into words very well. Many victims of it won't even utter it happened because they fear the person who did it will get wind and come to do something even worse in retaliation. It's a big destroyer of your personal image and cripples your subconcious when it comes to decision making. It's always in your mind, nagging you to no end that it happened and you have no power to even think of fixing it.
Add in the fact it's a huge celebrity idol and that makes it nigh impossible to even get out anything at all on the matter.

Sounds like a big more then anything, IMO, but Ponies will need to say if that's intentional or not as he did the Sheilds.
But on topic, the Sheilds are meant to prevent any and all disabling specifically for this reason.

Because the Tesla creator was goofball and he sees no reason to want to add a downside until power means something.
Easiest way to fix it is to let the Singlo be the "build and forget", while Tesla needs maintence, tbqh. I don't quite know how though.
