I don't even understand where you are coming from with Hijack also meaning destroy, honestly. You don't Hijack a train by blowing it up. You don't Hijack an armored truck by driving it into the ocean to submerge it. The act of Hijacking is to steal.

 

Though yes I will completely admit the wording is incredibly vague and I even said that when it was changed. I'll try to bug someone to change it to "Hijack the Escape shuttle and ensure no Loyalist crew is on board." I would do it myself if I could make heads or tails of how the Git works.

The hijack objective is specifically: "Hijack the emergency shuttle so no loyalist crew can escape." Please note it specifically states the shuttle. This objective is meant solely for the escape shuttle and completing it on a pod is a bug if it's do able. Now why this is bad is because it looks more like you were singlo bombing things to do it rather then your objective, since the singlo ate it and this invalidates it.

As this makes the complaint look VERY "I died, admin plz" or just a spurt of retaliation.

Also the spess worm has a very !!FUN!! functionality with the singlo. If it can out run it, each piece that is seperated from the head due to the singlo dragging becomes a new worm. I had 5 of thhem running around the shuttle once after I learned this.

While I disagree the event itself is a problem, I'll see about separating the vending machines exploding and coming to life, that should hopefully help the lag issues, which would be the biggest problem with trying to survive.

1) I don't think greentext applies to pods, I've seen redtext for pod usage during escape on shuttle alive/free.

 

It does, but the shuttle controller broke this. There's a reason we all hate the shuttle controller.

I never understand why people think this event is a "round ender". The game clearly tells you what vending machine it is, it yells insults at you and always throws stuff at you. It's a dead dead giveway to which one it is.

 

As for the mimics, they have far far less health now. They can easily be killed by most robust melee tools, like the toolbox.

 

Also, I find it very humorous that so many people complain about atmos and that it's not dangerous, but appearently when the station is full of holes it is now.

We got a gaming chat that a lot of non admins are in tht we generally use to coordinate games outside of SS13, bug Churchy to put ya in, no one will mind.

Plasteel, Iron, and Glass are far far easier to get a hold of through cargo then Mining, nor do they need the enmass materials like Roboticists do. Accessing it for Uranium sounds right though.

Saycode probably broke it, but also didn't it allow players to see the deadchat, I remember a lot of ghosts abusing it to make fun of people playing.

Already been Discussed, that's a big no as miners need a ton of points to get one of them and are considered a huge reward, he doesn't need one just for Ian.

That's also not to mention the game WILL tell you when the station is Evacuating, so it's entirely up to them if they join in or not.
