Well on the foto of perma on wiki, there is no APC inside perma prison. So how about recharge station((however it is called))? That one that is in robotics and borgs use it to recharge. From what I remember it also works on IPCs.

About security of perma prison... Well it happend couple of times that someone escaped perma. For me main issue are the cameras outside the perma. There should be more cameras outside brig.

One of the first IPCs made by Hesphiastos Industries 47 years ago.  Little is known about it in times before the event of Synthetic Struggle. It is know that, he was serving all the time in HSS Tesla, as the reports says, he was built to perform surgery duties, quickly got enough data to be able to treat most of the humanoids.

On May 4th, 2525 when Synthetic Struggle happend, Q.U.A.R.K. was one of the IPC that was turned off, because it would not surrender to "Organic beeings" as he said. After two moths, he has been turned on, and at the first opportunity he moved to New Cannan. 

 There, he got basic engineering training in construction, and helped to build the colony, as Construction Engineer. After more experienced IPC arrived, he das dismissed from engineering duties, and instead send to the first Synthetic Fleet as Security Officer, at rank of Lieutenant. We are informed that the ship was called SFU P.A.T.R.O.L ((Synthetic Flagship Unit P.A.T.R.O.L )). He quickly achieved the rank of Lieutenant Commander, and acquired possition of Executive Officer, kind of "First Officer", he directly answered to Captain of the ship, since it was Flagship of the fleet, he answered to Fleet Admiral. It is known that he kept that possition till year 2550, where he has been replaced with newer IPC model. Though he kept the title of Lieutenant Commander, and gained possition of Chief Medical Officer. Soon the same happend in 2555.

He arrived at NAS Trurl, also called Central Command in 2560. The reason he wanted to join NT is uknown. His psychological test says he is "Skeptical" to NT. He has been trained, to be able to use NT technology. He also openly confirms that he is the citizen of Synthetic Union.

(( As a player I'd like to know what you think of this, personally I'm into LARP, and so I love RP, and in my opinion this character is kinda fun to role play with. Like in my story, I'm high ranked Synthetic Union Officer, and it makes me laugh when ppl scream at me "You anti-synth, traitor!" when I'm detaining some IPC. ))

Bottom Quark,
Well one day I was like "I would make use of new nickname, and I like physics" the first thing I saw in my notes were quarks (( elementary particles, protons and neutrons are made of quarks, electrons belong to the lepton group )). And the last thing was "But what Quark do I wanna be?" Randomly, Bottom Quark has been choosen.

Q.U.A.R.K. would be Lawful Neutral, I play this character as the citizen of Synthetic Union that basicly remembers the times before the event of Synthetic Struggle. What make it something like "I don't like organics, they are irrational", but generally a good guy. ((I try at least)).

Name of Event: SU-HSA diplomacy

One Sentence Description: Synthetic Union is preety new faction, already consideres as "minor". In search for more influance they sent their diplomats to HSA.

Suggested Numbers of Players: 50+, will need NT Rep, someone to play Synthetic Union Rep, and Skrell Rep, maybe Blueshield + escort for reps.

Full description of event: 

It's year 2561. The first IPC was created in 2514,  in 2525 they started "Synthetic Struggle", and around 2539 SolGov found IPC settlement at New Canaan, what soon will be considered as minor faction in space called Synthetic Union.
In 47 years IPCs created their own nation that is just 22 yo, in their hands: countless colonies.  Their mission: make sure synthetics are their own masters. And so, SU sends their best diplomats/officers/admirals to convince Human-Skrell-Aliance to free at least some part of AIs and borgs. Will it work? Who knows, what can they give in exchange? Propably Military Aliance, or maybe some tech? Think of posibilities!

The event would be focused at speaking between SU rep, and HSA reps ((will need some player to join as Skrell rep)). Speaking could take place in meeting room in bridge, or if wanted, engineering would remake some area to fit the event.  SU goal would be to free at least some of AIs, and HSA, well maybe creating Synthetic-Human-Skrell-Aliance? SU surely is not powerfull enough to threat HSA, but it is expanding very quick. ((Also, who knows maybe players would make some stories that would do just fine in official background story))
The event can be expanded to gather representatives from ALL THE FACTIONS, including Syndicate. but it would took a lot of effort.
