Add Battlefleet Gothic Horn sound to AI so it can play it in extreme emergencies

Not really a coding suggestion, just a sound that would fit perfectly with extremely dire situations such as Self Destruct being initiated of emergency evacuation. Sound can be found at 1:25 in this video
