I could mention a whole bunch, but the two who come to mind right now would be:
David MacTavish: a legend of a player who always goes the extra mile to make sure his department and the people around him get what they need, and is a fantastic roleplayer at that. He knows what he's doing, is amazing at organising people, and knows how to get others motivated. Probably my favourite CE.
Rooster Cogfield: IIRC, I first met him as an IPC meeting an IPC-wary barkeep. My first impression of 'another dude played for spess racism lols' was immediately quashed, though - he puts a next-level amount of believability into his characterisation, to the point where I would happily watch him roleplay for an entire shift. His RP skills are incredible, and he's a gift to the server.

The wizards test has determined L-U-M-I as Neutral Good, and Kikeri as Chaotic Neutral. Didn't expect either of those, to be honest, but it makes sense.
