I do believe they were spawn as facist soldiers, using equipment that is already in our code. Clown Soldiers, for instance, wear the very WWII designed regalia, and is in fact, where their gear was pulled from.
Why the suits are labeled as Nazi uniforms, is a good question though.

People have a hate for vulpkanin, want Fox McCloud gone forever, and just want to replace the entire staff.
Which they actually have no idea on who does what. Apparently both Tully and Regen are the only head of staff, while regen is also apparently a host, and we just need to purge everyone.
I feel offended that I need to be replaced so soon in my admin career.
