I kinda like the optional sweatshop idea. maybe pull a science type thing and have the assistants get a metric for the end round of (produced X license plates) actually....what if the brig had something like that?

Another portion of the problem is, well....sitting in a 5 tile cell for 5-forever, with probably very little interaction with anyone/anything.

I used to regularly be the "bouncer" in the bar, a long while back when fox played bartender. It was pretty great, even tossed a few unruly security officers every now and again (and then later get beaten down by said officer with backup later, but I digress)

Give them shades and the black suit from the HoP's. Bada bing, bada boom Unless the knuckle dusters went on the gloves slot, I'd be against that part, mostly due to disarm spam, and unlike being sec, you wouldn't have any fall backs and suddenly have your only edge removed. On that note, why even weaponize them when the bar and its contents are the bouncer's greatest weapon. Cable-cuffs, ehh....just give em the good o'l grab intent toss out the door. Like a right proper bouncer.

Warden is a very busy person. To be honest, I'd give him an additional helping hand to manage records, haul stuff, clean stuff, arrange stuff and fix stuff. Ya new job call warden helper. :3 Or, delegate DISPATCHING to a DISTPATCHER so we can get the Dispatcher uniform on the station! And have the warden be, well, the warden.

Isn't that the fun part of it? Not to mention, the labour camp picks have a reduced damage, so they'd be effectively naked fighting a Goliath.

Labour camp needs to be on its own z-level IMO, but still have the ability to escape if you are crafty.
