A 22 year old spoiled child of Joan Fisher, a NanoTrasen PR administrator working out of NAB North Cimmeria Central Offices on Mars. He was raised to join to corporate ladder within NanoTrasen accounting, however throughout his education it became more apparent that he would do better within NanoTrasen's naval command structure. He is the older brother of John and Jack Fisher, however it's obvious that Josh is the preferred son by their mother; despite any objections John or Jack may have to that claim. Records of these incidents had some accidents when internal affairs agents used black highlighters instead of yellow when marking important details of the events.
