This isn't true at all. The whole purpose of antagonists is to help create a more interesting story; every good story has a good antagonist. SS13 is the farthest thing from a PvP game. It's a cooperative story telling game, and if you view it as a PvP game, then you're going to have a bad time. Go play overwatch instead if you have this mentality.
you guys want to help antagonists make a more interesting story? make changes in your code to make it ''more'' interesting, it's been a year or more and xrays haven't been fixed, you know how much you can do with that even if it's not a blob, change the code and MAYBE you can get a chocolate cake. i dont know why tell people to go play something else if you have this ''mentality'', what mentality, dude people plays to have fun and have entertainment, you're not being helpful at all if you don't give the players what they want to see, this is a MRP server right?.

yeah i would love to see that, but there is Mr.tasers, everyone will know that the taser is the smartest decision to ''win'' a fight, that's why birdtalon's point makes alot of sense,
there can't be firefights with such things as tasers, OR revolvers ''>gets shot with revolver, ''oh im already at crit, epic'', i can't tell if armor is even armor. cause i get fucked with a hardsuit, when im tased. i don't even think you can be tased or batonned with such things as hardsuits.
/TG/ code is an example, they have alot of balanced stuff which is pretty fair, guns needs firing pins in order so they can be used, mindshield firing pins, which needs to be researched and made in a lathe, or standard firing pins, which anyone can use, BUT these are only in the armory, fair, so if anyone makes a gun, they would need to steal a firing pin to use it, Nuke ops get their syndicate firing pins in their guns, so whenever a crewmember disarms them, they dont get LMG'd with their own gun, here you can do this. or instead they could just be tased, and killed with their own gun, geeze what a fun fire fight. I mean sure TG has alot of cool and powerful features but its balanced and it has its own complexity to get.

Think the ARG description should be ''A robust assault rifle used by the Trans-Solar Federation Marines''would do, NT uses more energy guns than ballistics and ''NT and TSF aint the same''
Also i think the solar federation uniform should have armor and they should have a unique vest.
Some helmet in their bag would be nice too.
if the solarfed is gonna be an ERT, they should come with some gear for nonlethal issues, enforcer or some gun that can use rubber.

Antagonist goes loud on murdersprees when there's big lack of security/ unexperienced. When it's shadowlings or wizard, the station would be doomed, nor alot of people in command can trust security-hired people from manifest.

@gangelwaefre i've never seen anything bout diplomacy in the lore about them, i only know they are cordial with most governing bodies but i wouldnt assume with NT or trans solar, because of the old events between them
But yeah i think an extremist group would be good.

Synthetic Union War
Map Changes: No
Code Changes: No
Suggested Number of Players:Around 80-100
Full Description of Event:A new threat is born, the Synthetic Union had grown tired and been opposed, they are being outnumbered and wants to stop the organic human filth from growing and spreading their propaganda all across the galaxy,they want their revenge for all the mistreatment of synthetics, they have declared war on the Trans-Solar Federation and Nanotrasen, the Synthetic Union has formed massive fleets and armies ready to strike them, one of this fleets containing synthetic armies heads towards NSS Cyberiad, somehow getting in through bluespace, NSS Cyberiad is warned by CC in 12:10(make sure to play an alarm damnit) that they are going to be attacked soon and CC cannot send ERT until 13:20 due to incoming attacks coming to CC. The Synthetic Army will attack in 12:25 giving the crew time to prepare.
Examples of the warning announcement
''Cyberiad this is not a drill, We and the trans-solar federation had been declared at by the Synthetic Union, we have detected a fleet of destroyers incoming towards you, we are doing our best to hold them off!, the real bad news are, a transport fleet along with a corvette has gone through and it will dock at your station any time soon, we DO not know how many troops they have there, get armed inmediatly and protect the station! we will send ERT soon, you may not evacuate until CC has been secured from this synthetic filth.''(optional announcement)
Important details of the event, the soldiers are going to be IPCs and borgs, they OBVIOUSLY are going to get EMP'd and killed real quick, that is why there is going to be wave of IPC squads coming in attacking the crew whenever the lastest squad dies, to make it fair.
My suggestion of the IPC loadout for them is.(optional too)
-combat turtleneck/OR NT-SID Jumpsuit
-New Canaan Hoodie/OR Ablative Vest
-Blood-red-Helmet
-Combat boots
-Bag
-Cybenetic laser gun implant and energy blade implant./ OR laser carbine gun for each.

12-08-Newscast is announced that the Synthetic Union has declared war on NT and the Trans-Solar Federation
12:10-NSS Cyberiad is warned by CC that there's going to be a transport fleet full of alotof troops invading them
12:20-The synthetic troops strike Cyberiad.
13:20 ERT come to assist cyberiad fighting off the massive IPC troops
13:55 CC tells cyberiad that CC is secure, FOR NOW, and tell cyberiad to evacuate quick before they strike again.

Asides from plasmaman having a free space suit, they cant wear anything else like a helmet or exosuit unless its fireproofed and their suit too, doing so is a risk cause itll set people around on fire, plasmaman ALSO gets more damage with brute or lasers, they got a bigger chance of bone broke as far as i remember.
I believe every race already has a decent weakness.
Vox can die to EMP and have weak bones(higher chance of bone break) (They're loud and can be located way easier too when speaking)
Kidan cant even wear glasses, its annoying i believe they should be allowed to get special goggles. and pest spray kills them
Diona gets killed by plant b gone, they're strong but SLOW, they can self regen
Slimes, alot of stuff, cold, temperature gun, frost oil. Able to grow their own limbs.
Greys, fire extinguishers, and gets more damage, water kills them. Psionic Communication
Drasks, heat kills them, so does a temp gun. Breathing cold oxygen regenerates them (also loud)
IPC's, EMP of course. Easily repairable
Skrell, no idea but inmune to water like /the pool/, cant drown
Unathi no idea what's bad in them but they have claws and i swear i dont like the claw decap chance
Vulps, no idea. claws
Tajarans, no idea neither. and claws
Humans, bigger knockdown chance.
MY ACTUAL SUGGESTION
I suggest kidans can spawn with special goggles for them like sec huds , its impossible to play security as a kidan specially when you get flash gear, and you have no protection of it.
Raise the chance of greys extinguishing fire when they roll, litterally when theyre set on fire, theyll obviously get fire extinguished(with a intent of helping).. and thats going to kill them.
Plasmaman should atleast come out cloned but in a critical state, it's not fair to instantly take a player out once cloned then having no DOCTORS knowing how to revive. Atleast giving a chance to the doctor to put them on a cryotube before they die, seem fair.
One more suggestion even though the race isnt mentioned REMOVE CLAW DECAP CHANCE

One Sentence Description A team of nuke ops are going into a journey of Dnd, but this time its real, and they all have classes, their journey concludes in nuking the station:

Full Description of Event:
Each nuke op will have a specific class, they will not use TC crystals or anything.
List of classes:
Warrior:Obviously gets warrior armor, a nice shield and a melee, could be a Singuloth Warrior.
Wizard: Just the regular wizard, but maybe should give them specific powers so they dont go overboard, i'd suggest giving them Fireball,Mist,Rathen's Secret,Mutate and a staff (any they want to pick except full revive as i suggest)
Xenomorph: Just a xenomorph, litterally, player can pick the class of xeno they want, Hunter,Drone,Sentinel. No queens however
Cleric:A holy cleric with a healing staff (not the full heal staff), Bible, Medibeam gun, They could have the monk staff which can be wielded with two hands and have carp or forcewall.
Lich:A lich (the wizards power), but has a Crown, king suit and a sword, it also haves its own skeleton bodyguards.
Thief:A thief with a very lethal strong dagger, nice hood,pick pocket gloves,chameleon suit, also he should get some throwing knives.
*Extra additional Class: Archer: Just an archer with a bow.
The five nuke ops will pick their class and the admins will give it to them, i'd suggest to have an admin Narrate their story through announcements, the story is that they came to achieve the holy disk and put it on the holy artifact to please the holy space gods(nuke).

Flash and flashbangs were MEANT to disable borgs for various reasons, they should be kept in, they would be incredibly powerful if they couldnt be disabled with flashes.
And noone wants to get that single ion rifle and work on RND for more ion rifles

i think my favorite character would be Mike Murdock Sirius, i know this guy and he's honestly a really funny antagonist when i see him, he RP's well, he's a very competent doctor and sec officer, he never gets his stuff wrong, he's a cool guy.
Haythem Castian, he's a pretty decent antagonist, and he clicks pretty hard, robust too.
Henry 'Grandpa' Gadow, Denthamos, he's the best worker i've ever seen, at cargo specially.
Slith-Skaar: He's a great partner for antag
Cheese Burger: He's also a great partnert for mostly everything

There should be classification for contraband that can be used for harm and if you have two or more of them it's perma, UNLESS it's level S contraband.
Infact there's alot of crafted weapons which are against the law. and are not in contraband, but it cant be added because there's thing ''two contraband instant perma' thing, so as an example if it was in contra it would be like ''spear and hatchet, you go to perma''

Hi, i witnessed the whole thing that happened between Spark and Trexter.
So here's what i saw during the round. First up
Space Law states that lethal force is when someone is Uncontainable, like Hulk, Meth, Adrenals.
Of if they're armed, and or if there's multiple hostiles.

I was a revolutionary and a clown, i clearly remember that most of us haven't attempted to breach the bridge at all, we we're pretty much fighting security meanwhile where the fight mostly happened in maints. But this happened like on the beginning of the shift, we were caught and destroyed way before of what happened to trexter.
I was dead when i watched what happened.
I do recall most of the revolutionaries weren't doing anything and minding their own business.
And Ide Taro the leader was killed by their own Revolutionary, which im pretty sure, probably got handled by admins.
The other leader wasnt doing much at all, who was the coroner
And Arsenic got screwed trying to spread the revolution stealthly, but it went slow, but most he converted didnt seem to do much.
The bridge seemed pretty okay, the only head that died was the HOS because he was in battle fighting the revs, and not in the bridge, rather out in the field.
Trexter was alone there and cuffed, you guys had mindshields, yet you still didnt bother mindshielding a crewmember, because that can also help get more people on your side. asides from him being robust
And just killed him for a unknown reason.
I am pretty sure that the revolutionaries that were trying to do anything were me, Jillian and Kraven.
Im also pretty sure command wouldve been already noticing how the revolution is getting screwed. because any revolution will include flashspam and a huge attack on the bridge with heads already dying.

There weren't many revolutionaries doing anything im pretty sure most of security squad got destroyed by two people (Me and Jillian Small) because i do recall we slipped and took their gear. and Kraven Lockharte too who did kill the HOS in dorms.
Infact i did spare Vince Piper(sec pilot) and he suicided anyways.
And some of the officer did get healed and patched up, like Ariel Addison, the HOS was saved and revived too.
Just because your laws says you can do it, doesn't mean you gotta do it.
I also don't know if lethal force was ever authorised.

im not interested in giving feedback, its your server, if i wanted to give feedback i would, these are only brief examples, and to be honest, there's already alot of feedback and suggestions from the server, there's already been plenty xray discussions, im sure if you talked to your community you would learn about it, it's been one year and you still want feedback about it?
you guys own the server and you keep asking for feedback, i mean sure, FEEDBACK is helpful, but you as the maintainer's and admins are expected to run and improvise it, there's already been plenty of good PR's with quite alot of effort, and denied. Of those ''6000 PR's'' you have closed and changed, 40% could've been interesting code changes,maybe even more. and them being denied was up to the maintainer reviewing it.
some of those players are you, that want MRP, and some players want what you want, im not saying you give EVERYTHING any people with the different idea wants. by asking if ''this is a MRP server right?'' im obviously referring to that, so i have no idea why you're bringing up ERP or PvP, what i mean is if you want paradise to be this way then make it this way, if you want to keep it like the current state it is, go on, but it's pretty clear that not many are happy with the current state, ''xrays obliterating blob'', and specially people suiciding instantly because of this, people rushing to kill wizard even though theyre friendly, and because they hate wizard completely, even though they hate it, your maintainer has been seen forcing Ragin Mages and clearly noone enjoys it, im not giving names, you can resist grab always, a often abused bug, or target people middle clicking and spamming left click, i've seen some players do this and it's wrong i recently realized so i completely did not know about it before, if i did, i would've had, honestly it doesn't seem like you're trying, just doesn't.
again if i wanted to give a good example i would've had, it's not my problem you don't have a solution, you guys have to find your solutions,with ideas. the fact that it has been discussed for many years with noone offering a clear solution is shocking, you probably know why, you need to make changes.
if you don't want firing pins then that's okay, if thats your idea of having your own risk of your own gun, then thats your idea, what you want, keep it, however that's your opinion though, yours, but as you say, admins opinions matters more, does it? others would probably find that unfun, others would find it fun, but remember it was just a example. personally i find paracode more unrealistic, you can eat with helmets. I find firing pins realistic, it's been 500 years lorewise, they have new technology, way better, and if i didnt mention, you can use the nukie guns against them, you can take the pins off and replace it with one you may use.
