Because people powergames with RND, if you are a traitor scientist, you dont even need to buy syndie gear because you can litterally make three bags of holdings, and put a bunch of guns, exaggeratively.
And also, tzo, lockboxes aren't secure enough, the HOP is the one who can be an antagonist and give him self all access.

And for the implants abuse. We just add a security checkpoint in science, like, its god DAMN NSS, we need security to know what kind of technology is being produced.

IPC's gets instantly destroyed with EMP, also robotic limbs really got no connection into the internet, so i dont get how it can manage to get a virus, im gonna have to disagree with this, IPC's already have a mortal enemy.

This happened a month ago, it was me, Ide Taro, Slith-Skaar and someone else i forgot, i was doing xenobiology and i found green slime extract, we all became shadow people so we had to live on the maints from now on, it was pretty neat, first off we smashed some lights out in maints, we started in sci maint, then we migrated to old bar maint, i fabricated some spears for us so we can hunt food and prey, monkeys and lesser form animals which are soul less of course, we also had to go into the bar or kitchen to get food, steal it all for us, from what i remember it was five of us, security was informed about us and they went into maints bothering what we were doing, we kept yelling them to turn off lights but they didnt listen, so we had to run and they thought we were bad people, us as shadowpeople tribe, we had to spread dark, we broke some lights by the chapel and escape claiming it our territory.
We also did this on other round, i had extracts to ask people if they want to be in, came big and our home was in Old bar, but some scientist found it funny that he could bomb us on Old Bar.
I found it quite amazing round, the first one because we were like cavemans, we had to survive by our own.

-Mike was adopted in a orphanage in Mars, Mike was born in mars, he never knew who his parents are or met them, neither any family member, he was adopted and raised by a scientist whom worked for Nanotrasen known as ''Dr. Redhead Hex'', real name is ''Hector Reginald Harold''.
In his childhood he once got into a fight which almost caused him to lose his left eye. He had gone into a brawl with two teenagers, one of them was armed with a knife, threathening him to give them their money, he resisted and kicked the guy in the stomach, the other one slashed his knife towards mike and it cut open his forehead, he disarmed the one with the knife and shanked the knife up into the teenagers leg and ran away as fast as he could. Moments later after his stepfather found him he was taken to the hopistality, and luckly did not lose his eye, which now in the present is the scar which he has in his forehead.
He studied Mechatronics & Astronomy as a career, in a military college, after his studies, he joined the Sol marine corps, then moved to the Nanotrasen space navy, serving as a Technical Sergeant,in NDV Brutus, years laters of serving the military he retired, after that he began serving, working for Nanotrasen.
One time while working in the nanotrasen space navy, he had his left hand cut up by the wrist by a rebel of the USSP, resulted in major blood loss and almost died, his hand was reattached as quickly as possible and had no infection, which results in the scar he has right now, the rebel of the USSP, terrorist, was incarcerated after being caught, and aggresively mike beated him to death without the aparent intent to kill him but just rough him up.

I've changed my mind, i'd really like having the old R&D back, this just causes a hellstorm.
i do have suggestions to add a security checkpoint in science, its NSS, or make R&D an actual job
