  1. You, Sergey! You're a competent security officer who knows what to do when most officers would harmbaton! It's always nice treating you and Jonah, because I know my medical supplies won't go to waste!
  2. Greetings everyone! This is Rocco Coleman here, and I've been assigned to work on the NSS Cyberiad! I'll mostly be doing medical work, although sometimes I tend the bar.
  3. Name: Jonah Bright Commendation: Medal of Loyalty OR Medal of Bravery (Not both) Reason: Exceptional performance as a detective. Actions leading to Commendation: Was able to sniff out and deconvert most or all of a dangerous Nar'Sie cult. Recommending Person: Rocco Coleman I, Rocco Coleman, do solemnly swear the above account is true, made in good faith, and understand that lying upon this commendation is grounds for immediate dismissal from NT and further penalties may apply.
  4. This is a drawing of my own character, Rocco Coleman, with all the stuff he normally puts on as a Brig Physician. I don't normally draw (for fun or for profit), so the drawing isn't very good. However, I like it enough that I'm considering using it for my profile picture on this forum. I drew this by hand on a piece of lined paper, which I then took a photograph of with my camera phone. https://goo.gl/photos/Di51zmrf8psqFG6C8
  5. Wait... These drinks genuinely exist? Why haven't they been added to the wiki?

    Job tricks

Brig Physician: -Your jumpsuit has the protection of both a Medical Doctor and a Security Officer. Or, at least, it claims to when you examine it. -Your ID has access of both a Medical Doctor and a Security Officer. Drop by the equipment room, pick up what you want, then stop by the medbay for some extra medical supplies!
  7. You're not saying that just because I'm the one who as the medkits and such, right?
  8. Thank you, Tully, for providing this list of how to play the Brig Physician. I'm sure it'll help me do my job better. -AzyWng and Rocco Coleman EDIT: Added a "before you begin" section to the Brig Physician article on the wiki, stating that a Brig Physician is NOT Security.
  9. I feel sorry for you dear Jonah Bright ((and OOCly, as well, Tully.)) I believe I may have been the Brig Physician who 'decided to fuck off to wherever'. I can't really call, as I don't usually get involved in actual Security matters unless someone gets brought to the brig medbay/I specifically am called (which almost never happens). I myself have had very unpleasant experiences as a Brig Physician.... Things like people attempting to bite off their own hands to escape handcuffs, others nitpicking and insulting us, and I even had to deal with one little shit who wouldn't stop talking! It got to the point where I got the muzzle from medbay to silence the guy.. Unfortunately, just after I had secured it to his face, his cell timer expired. As soon as I removed the muzzle, his inane blabbering resumed, this time much more profane and directed at me as opposed to the general Security Department. -Rocco Coleman
  10. Very good profile all in all. I'm going to follow your example in marking important events, and adding an image of my own character (eventuallly)
  11. https://goo.gl/photos/Di51zmrf8psqFG6C8 Name: Rocco Coleman Age: Gender: Male Race: Human Blood Type: AB+ General Occupational Role(s): Detective, Brig Physician, Medical Doctor. Sometimes takes up other roles such as Cook or Janitor. Biography: One of the most recent in a long line of doctors and other medical personnel, Rocco Coleman attended the Gregory Cox medical school, where his ability and calm demeanor were noticed by his teachers and others in the field of medicine. Unfortunately, his lax work ethic, lack of empathy, and lax attitude aggravated his family and eventually caused their estrangement from him. With little more than his medical license and a burning desire to go to space, Rocco picked up a job at Nanotrasen and came to work on the NSS Cyberiad as a Medical Doctor. Once he noted how the prisoners in the Brig of the Cyberiad frequently went without medical aid, he requested a change to Brig Physician, which was accepted. Ever since, he has worked primarily as a Brig Physician, treating prisoners and officers, working with security, and being lumped in with the rest of the Security/Shitcurity department. Recently he's started to take up the role of Detective, not quite wanting to participate in all the problems of a security officer but still wanting to help respond. Qualifications: Medical License Knowledge of Space Law A little bit of knowledge of combat, both unarmed and with seclites and batons (Still decidedly unrobust) Employment Records [Clearance:HR/Head of Personnel]: Currently employed at Nanotrasen. Previously employed as a doctor at a busy Space London hospital, noted for frequently assisting and working with security and law enforcement. Displayed interest working on an outer space installation, especially for Nanotrasen. 6/13/2015: Rocco Coleman is employed by Nanotrasen as part of the medical department. The vessel he works on is the NSS Cyberiad. 6/20/2015: Rocco Coleman changes job to Brig Physician, learns Space Law and Standard Operating Procedure. 1/9/2016: Rocco Coleman returns to work after a several-month-long absence. Security Records [Clearance: Security]: No outstanding records. Medical Records [Clearance: Medical]: No missing, assisted, or mechanical limbs or organs. Personnel Photo: Commendations [only to be added by admin]: Reprimands [only to be added by admin]: Other Notes: *Very chill and calm, even when encountering scary/supernatural/scary supernatural situations. *Doesn't smoke. *IC pet peeves: **Being lumped in with Security/Shitcurity (Being asked to make arrests as a Brig Physician being one example) **Spiders (he's actually quite scared of them) **Arguing among coworkers
  12. I'm not quite sure where this should go, so I decided to put it here. As a bartender, one of the most difficult drinks to make (in terms of actually being difficult to make) is the "Changeling Sting". Here's why: The Changeling Sting drink requires lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, and vodka. The Screwdriver drink requires vodka and orange juice. The Triple Citrus drink requires lemon juice, lime juice, and orange juice. This means that whenever a bartender tries to make a Changeling sting, they frequently end up making a Triple Citrus or a Screwdriver! Even when the bartender mixes the drinks in the right order, they wind up filling the drink with part of triple citrus and screwdriver (About 30/50 being Changeling Sting). It's not a major, controversial problem like the chainsaw or the Vulpkanin, but it still bugs me. I'd like to have the Changeling Sting's ingredients changed. Maybe make it so that it contains multiple sodas instead of the three citrus juices.
  13. Just today I saw a brand new species at the NSS Cyberiad, which looked kind of like dogs. According to OOC chat, the species was something along the lines of "Vulpincaines". Do you think someone could add a page to the wiki? All I know is that they have Fur (less cold damage, but more heat damage) Claws? (More damage when bare handed) Special language (May or may not be able to use over radios?) EDIT: Called "Vulpkanin"
