  1. It begins right as the process starts, as it strips everything. (Vox N2, Plasmamen hardsuits) It continues to cause toxic (for Vox) or burn (Plasmamen) after the evolution process. Though, with the plasmamen side, I have not experienced it personally, but have witnessed it. Also, Diona may need to be looked into. Shadowlings dying due to a lack of light would be somewhat amusing, yet sad.
  2. As the title states. It gets rather tiresome seeing Plasmamen Shadowlings instantly burst into flames upon evolving, or Vox dying to toxins damage.
  3. Part 1: Twilight Part 2: Dusk Part 3: Dawn Based off a lovely Shadowling Round. Cast(Specific Characters Involved) will be added with Player's Permission.
  4. I made it my objective as RD to have atleast one of each weapon(Available from Research) In the armory. In the end having: 12 X-Ray Lasers 5 Advanced Energy Guns 5 Temperature Guns 5 E-Bows 5 Stun Revolvers 2 Plasma Pistols 1 9mm SMG, with 5 Magazines 1 Ion Carbine 1 Laser Cannon (Carried by the Blueshield at the time of the photo) Unfortunately forgetting to place a Decloner in In the same shift, a Blob spawned directly below the armory while I was stocking it with X-Rays, you can imagine how that turned out for the Blob. Ending the Shift with two medals and a Officer's Beret.
  5. I'd be fine with the Chaplain, with some Research similar to Cult Research, being able to give small buffs and perhaps positive things. And perhaps having a traitor Chaplain be capable of unlocking more dangerous 'runes'?
  6. Sent a fax to central as Clown during a highlander round. Insta-gibbed.
  7. All 'touchy' actions should leave fingerprints, or have a chance to. Including hugging. Every person having 50 pairs of prints on them from extensive hugging inbound. Another addition to the forensics system could be foot or shoe prints. Each species leaving a unique footprint, and each shoe type leaving something special. This wouldn't be all that important, unless it happened to be galoshes, jackboots, or other somewhat unique foot wear.
  8. Command] P.I.N (AI) states, "Lewd, Blueshield."
  9. Should do a drawing of that one trial with Zikar and Bright, Tully. Heh.
  10. I hijacked the ERT shuttle as a changeling clown. I killed the ERT captain just by using my PDA + slip
  11. I was the NT Rep. Decide to play as Zikar as usual Join as NTR Because I've recently unlocked it Chat with Max because he's one of my favorite Blueshield bros, have no Idea who the fuck most of command is so we're pretty sure they're incompetent. Hears about Cultists, not too worried, stun-cane protects. Reports to Central, later sends a fax containing a rune-paper to confirm. Head down to xenobiology hearing about slime infestation, I find a giant rainbow basilisk dead and drag it back to my office. >aww yis basilisk trophy Later, while Max is handling cultists, I find the Mime buckle-cuffed to the electric chair while investigating a report that CC got. Leave after freaking out at the HoS. Apparently he and the Warden were using 'advanced interrogation tactics'. No idea why the FUCK they used the electric chair to cuff him to. Hear Mime screaming for help over radio, he's being executed (His original charge was trespassing) Leg it as fast as I can to Security. I pass by the HoS, don't really care as I'm trying to save the Mime. Run into the execution room, where a prox-signaller combo immediately activates when I come in, killing the mime. Proceeds to freak out, get the Mime to cloning, and report to Central. HoS kills himself before I can fax central. Apparently he was banned, gets OOC thanks in fax for calling HoS out. Later... CE is consumed by singularity, singularity is level 4 in contaiment. Oh god it's going to get loose Fax central atleast twice, once telling them to monitor it, and once telling them to BSA it before it gets loose. Lord Singulo goes loose. Run like hell to the bridge, use the Captain's office to send off another fax hoping for mercy. No luck. Leg it down near escape, decide to run to RD's office for one last fax. No luck. Max and I run like hell from a level 6 singularity, I have the AI hold the research outpost shuttle so he can get on. Level 6 Singulo eats our engine and sets us on fire, but we launch just in time to escape it.
  12. Sergey is probably one of my favorite officers to robust with. Always lovely to see on the manifest kek
  13. I like this idea. Another actually unique race. However, perhaps instead of a fish bowl, just a mask/tank? As a fish bowl seems rather silly from an IC perspective.
  14. Name: Kaukata Zikar Age: 27 Gender: Male Race: Kidan Blood Type: O+ General Occupational Role(s): Blueshield Brig Physician Head of Personnel Head of Security Biography: Coming from the Zikar family, a rather large Nobility Caste on the rim mining planet of Kozel VI c, Kaukata, or Sir Zikar IV, if you wish to use his title, is one of the few remaining of the Zikar family. After a rather violent worker caste revolt on Kozel VI c, the majority of the family was either imprisoned or killed. After the revolts, (Detailed more later), and Nanotrasen's Involvement with them, Zikar was invited to join the NT forces as a act of... good will... by Nanotrasen. Due to Nanotrasen's views on Kidan typically being warrior types, he was put through a rather large amount of combat training up until the age of 24. THE REVOLTS The revolts were rather pecuilar, considering the general loyalty of the workers, even in their terrible conditions and having been treated as lesser beings. Their undying loyalty stemming from the deeply ingrained Caste system in Kidan culture. Approaching the Zikar family's 100th celebration of the colonization of Kozel, a holiday dedicated to honoring the Kozel family, the ascendants of the Zikar family, with all sorts of political envoys sent from other races to join. One of these Envoys being a Skrell Organization similar to Human Peace Corps. The Skrell begun spreading words of better conditions, more freedom, and other words that the lower class had never even begun to think of. Even after their envoy had left, the sedition amongst the lower classes still stirred. Eventually leading up to the revolts. After the fall of most Military Forces capable of fighting off the rebellion, the Zikar family employed various Corporations and other forces to aid, using their various wealth and political connections within Kidan homeworld nobility. Amongst the forces aiding were Nanotrasen's finest 'Political Speakers' quelling sedition with the finest [spoiler2]Pulse Rifles[/spoiler2] Silver Tongues available. Of course, the corporation, not wanting their name above these speakers, had sent them in under various 'cover' companies. Nanotrasen, seeing the Nobility had little to no chance of retaking power, placed their own [spoiler2]Puppet Nobility[/spoiler2] in place. In turn, employing the remaining Zikar family to maintain on a good political stance with Kidan Nobility. Qualifications: - Former Nobility - Has a decent grasp of leadership. May treat underlings as lesser if they deviate from his plans/orders.- Trained in Close Quarters Combat. - Trained in Nanotrasen Legal Procedures - Trained in First Aid - Trained in Weapons Mastery (Preference of light weapons) - Trained in Combative Vehicle Operation (Pods) Employment Records: - Served upon the NAB Smythside Central Headquarters while receiving training to operate in Nanotrasen Forces - 5 Years Security Records: Family possibly connected to questionable Corporations. Medical Records: Possible addiction to Epinephrine. Large traces typically found in bloodstream before and after combat situations along with empty emergency injectors on person, even when uninjured. No signs of overdose. Likely due to Kidan reactions to the drug. Personnel Photo (Appearance text): A 2.3 meter tall Kidan. Having a slight spotted pattern on his exoskeleton. Having a somewhat 'stiff' stance. Other Notes:
  15. I was Blueshield that round, I had a pet Diona Nymph translate what you said in pigeon speak. We knew you were trying to kidnap the CE, that's why he was in the brig. Then the CE committed suicide for some reason ;w;
  16. A dance on the research outpost after singulo had eaten the station. Had about 4-5 people at the end doing it
  17. Hi, I've been playing on the server for about... 4-5 months now. I mainly play Kaukata Zikar (Kidan master-race). Give Kida *chitter
  18. This sounds interesting, and maybe we could even have Antag objectives given to Antags upon this gamemode's start? (Sabotage Engines, Pilot into ambush, etc?)
  19. After being de-converted during a loooong cult round, ended up building the Clown (Head of Honk) a office on the bridge. Sadly got kicked out, but built him a second one in old bar. ((Don't have pics of that one ;w;))
  20. Oh yeeah, I remember this! Context: We were in escape, one of my officers at the time was stunning/tasing two people. Most of the round seemed like Cappy and I were the only two stopping the Villains ;w; (Oh god all the Henchmen in temp-holding, I remember the horrors) Also, behold, Blueshield riding Captain Ian into battle.
  21. I've always thought that something Cybernetic based would be nice. A lab jointed between Research and Medical, much like genetics, which would be able to produce prosthetic limbs as to not have to go through the hassle of bothering robotics for them. And possibly, on the research side, producing augmentations. Of course, these augmentations could be minor things, like HUDs implanted into the eyes ("My vision is augmented" *sunglasses slide down*). Of course, this would make people viable to EMP, or malfunctions. (Eyes take too much damage, augmentation malfunctions, dealing brain damage/blinding until repaired). The research side could also be dedicated to building empty IPC shells when positronics come available through research, another way for players to get back into the round. Much like Diona Nymphs.
