I've been playing Captain recently and noted that the Captain just has one black pen in his office, and being one of the most likely to send faxes, he should have access to other colors as well. Can the standard be changed to "anyone with fax machine access" gets at least one multicolor pen? Perhaps the Captain can get an engraved fountain pen like the Rep to stand out from the other heads.
