Paradise Discord suggestion: have a bot post PR merges and updates in #announcements

Since there are people who regularly browse the discord but don't follow the github it would be neat for cyb AI or that new bot to post links to newly-merged PRs in the announcements tab.

Or maybe just an admin. Either way.
