  1. Sorry to see you go Nakhi... While I have my problems with the server, including some of the things you mentioned (mainly the slow shift from medium RP to light RP...). I don't really plan on leaving any time soon, still sad to see you go, you were a good RPer and Mentor.

  2.

So... recently I've been playing a little game from /tg/ called Chapter Master. Basically, you're a Chapter Master of a Space Marine chapter, protecting (or destroying) the sector you're in. Fight alongside the Imperium, join the Orks, Tau, become a Traitor Chapter, or even the Inquisition's personal fighters. Lead your Chapter to glory (or, more likely, death).

Now, after playing for about 3 hours, I thought I only played one hour... make of that what you will, I'm sure at least some of you will enjoy it.

    1. Sleep, because fuck you it's Friday.

    2. >Buy glowsticks

    > Tape glowsticks to my body so I look like a skeleton in the dark

    > Turn off the lights when people knock at my door

    >Give out candy as a spooky scary skeleton

    > Get kids spook'd

  4. There's something I've been thinking about... Is it just me, or are claws a bit too powerful? From what I was told through an ahelp, they deal 15 damage a hit, that's three times more than a punch and as much as a fire extinguisher, it's kinda strong, especially with races like Tajaran or Unathi, who have very few downsides.

In the grim darkness of the far future there is only... blah, blah, blah... Anyway, Warhammer 40,000.

This is a place to discuss 40k related things, codexes, lore, games and other stuff. But there is something else, I'd like to get into PLAYING 40k (or at least doing stuff with models).

I am already familiar with the basics of the lore and some Space Marine chapters, does anyone have advice on getting into it?

Granted, but all the terminator suits are given and DNA locked to the greytiders and/or clown.

    Name of Event: Recruitment

One Sentence Description: Centcomm/the Spider Clan/a group of Vox traders/pirates are holding applications for a position (Blueshield Trainee, Novice Ninja, Trader, Pirate Inductee), and station members who wish to join will be put into a training program.

    Map Changes: No/Optional

    Code Changes: No/Optional

Suggested Number of Players: Any, preferably around 10 "inductees".

Full Description of Event: A Centcomm agent/A Spider Clan Representative (Ninja)/Trader Group/Pirate group arrive on the station, and inform the crew that their organisation are taking on new positions, crew members can sign up to join the training program for said faction. If the crew members can pass the starting tests on the station (robustness, knowledge, bartering ability, general understanding of game mechanics), they are given the access and gear of the job (including implants) they are given, then the person who already has that job "shows them the ropes" as it were, for a "practice run", to see if they are really cut out for the job. Then they will be given objectives and continue the shift as normal, but under the command of the current blueshield/ninja/vox trader/pirates.

Why this could be good: It would give players the chance to have a "taster" of less played roles and antags, and it could allow people to be mentored IC by someone who presumably already has experience in that role, so if they decide they like said role, they would be better with their first "real" round of it. As always, criticism, modifiations and feedback are welcomed, thank you for your time.
