  1. Now, before you proceed due note, that I have no expectation or knowledge if this is totally realistic or a engine limitation. But, it'd be pretty cool to draw on paper. You could teach your fellow scientists what you are actually doing. Draw physics and maths and crap! Totally gives science that feeling of being smart and having papers of equations lying around!
  2. Make it possible to print a COPY of all the current sent messages on the Message Monitor Console in order to better report weird stuff and make it possible to actually "gather" evidence. Make it possible to view trough firelocks, the same way glass airlocks works. Hopefully this will reduce the amount of people opening fire locks that leads to breached areas! --EDIT I obviously was going for locks, not logs...----
  3. This is very cool and simple! Perhaps give the HoP access to modify by e.g. restricting certain jobs and so on making sure the console is up to date and running!
  4. This is a very interesting topic which opens up a bunch of possibilities for new events. Primarily this provides possibilities for the whole crew to do expedition missions, where you can include all the departments, science for science, security for protection and so on. Additionally you can give the civilians something else to do other than to run around. Now. This can also be used to remove some of that ambassador area that's taking space. If this were to be implemented what I would suggest was that the whole upper area of dorms is reconstructed into some sort of expedition central. I've tried to picture my ideas below, so you can see what I mean.
  5. Would it ever be possible to get trees. Trees would be a great opportunity to create random-z-level missions without the plain snow / sand(asteroid) There's currently grass but that's about it.
  6. I find it hard to see how this is inefficient. From what I can see you now have more ability to control the station, thus it being more efficient as a bridge.
  7. Here's what I pictured. Get it pictured? *chuckles*
  8. Yeah, it looks pretty bad right now. Agreed, it may look a bit bad, and that teleporter console may be useless, but I don't think that the OLD design should be brought back. Perhaps, move the new Gravity Generator down and use the "space" space to give more room for the bridge.
  9. Opposed. The bridge of any type of structure is always a area, where you are able to take control of the majority of the systems on board without having to run to every part of the station. For me a bridge is the switchbox, where all the wires lead and can be turned on and off. The old bridge sure was a bridge, but it didn't have this sort of command-type feeling. Basicly IMHO the old bridge was just a collection of offices held together by the little bridge area. Now the bridge feels like a proper bridge where you are able to interact with the majority of the systems. As a Captain you're now longer stuck with staring at a few glasses and a shuttle computer which can barely be used for anything. You can keep yourself up to date, monitor systems and actually make sure the station is running. The bridge is now a proper bridge. I very much like it.
  10. I'd really love taking advantage of the heart measure mechanism on the surgery tables by adding a sound, that beeps according to the current BPM. A flatline. beeeeeeeeeeeeep. otherwise you know. Beep, beep beep. Perhaps a command to turn it off? Very neat and simple feature. Perhaps, change it so you can stand on the sleeper console tile/density. Otherwise when you close the shutters you are pretty limited when it comes to your movement. I don't know how it will affects the player-mob on the tile but I don't think it'll be too bad?
  11. Agreed, without the Bluespace announcement looking around the entire station would take forever. And these bluespace transports can be quite devastating to say atleast.
  12. There's also the two in the doctors lockers in surgery.
  13. Christmas spirit before the "storm."
  14. As ERT already have a bunch of high tech equipment available, I also think that they should start with a defib or two, incase any of their ERT-comrades go down or if they end up treating Crew.
  15. Let ERT, have Defilibrators available at the Dispatch Station.
  16. This. Needs more integration. I have plans for that area (also the little space with the grav gen) and the biggest thing that will allow me to change it is moving the janitorial closest to up near arrivals. I should then be able to remove part of acute treatment and expand the Paramedic's office. While you're at it.
  17. Maybe use some of all the maintence around medbay, to make the acute rooms one tile wider, so you can get around that damn sleeper. If needed use the giant space in Cryo-Treatment who's way bigger than needed. Perhaps, an entrence into the paramedic bay from within Medbay. Fix the two tiles in Medbay Emergency Entrence that points the wrong way
  18. So your patient has just died on the table, while you were almost done with that surgery that took forever? Fear not! Because at the end of this guide, you will know how to bring that sorry man back to life! In this guide will pretend that our patient has taken a lot of toxin damage. Checklist: 1 Our patient has been placed on a flat surface. He has just died, meaning his Health Status is below the -100 % Health Status is the top part of the text you recieve when you analyze a patient. 2 Begin treating the patient for what killed him. Did he have a lot of toxin, stick him up with a Anti-Toxin pill. When the patient is dead/dying he'll also start taking oxygen damage which in large doses will cause brain damage, so throw a Dexalin pill in too! 3 Now our patient is still dead, but as soon as he is brought back to life, his body will start processing the reagents. We're now ready for the defib part. 4 By now you already have your Defilibrator on your backpack, charged up. If you are not sure it's charged up you can look at the screen. Is it lighting up? If not either ADD a battery or remove the current one with a screwdriver and recharge it. Our defib should now look like this. The left image will be the quick access button at the top left of your screen, just like welding googles. And on the right we have the backpack slot where we can see it has charge. 5 Take out the PADS, by clicking on that icon or under the object tap in your menu click, "Toggle Pads." You'll now be standing with the two pads connected to each other in your one hand. 6 Now you want to seperate the PADS. You do this by clicking on the pads or using the Page Down button, now you are ready to defib your patient. 7 Aim for your patients Chest. Click on the patient. First you will recieve two text messages. The first one will say "placing" pads, the second one will say something along the lines of "placed" and make a little sound. After the two messages wait for about a second, and hear the BZZZT. If the patient was succesfully revived his health status will pop back over the -100, and he's now alive. It might take a few seconds for the little skull to go away, but keep treating him. You will also receive an additional text messages saying if you were successful or not. Things to remember: If a patient is dead for a minute and a half, he will begin taking brain damage After 5 minutes of being death, the patient will not be revivable as he is too brain damaged There are only THREE defibs. Two in the lockers, and one in the CMO's locker so keep em safe. Additionally they can be ANTAG objectives to steal, so keep good care of em. Is the patient critically wounded, call for an additional doctor to be on standby! If the patient has recieved major trauma/brute the pads will not stick to his body and it will be tough to get a proper defib going Does the patient have to have his chest exposed to the bare skin? I don't know, but it would be cool So, you are a traitor CMO? Hah, emag the defibs and go stop his hearth with a shock! emag, the defib to turn it back to normal. This won't kill em, but it'll stun em. Things I forgot Go get em TIGER!
  19. Playing Piano, while playing SS13 and reading science/maths and so on!
  20. You can already get from one end of the station into the other without. Blobbing.
  21. Firefighters! Poor Firefighter Ian did not make it on the photo.
  22. Chair demons the movie - Hawke edition! Oh yeah, and someone made a sauna! And never trust him anymore. He has become possessed!
