Well...a bit airlock is needed so there enough room for multiple engies pulling things in it.

Eh even though they are hell to map, I'd prefer we keep the proper airlocks wherever possible.

Two of the mass drivers really should be replaced with an airlock. I also need to get around to mapping in an engie sat podbay too.

Wouldn't mind some handheld lights being brighter but wall lights seem fine currently.

Veeery recent PR, don't worry. Fish are (currently) self contained to just fish tanks.

Been throwing around idea of making perma not crap for a while, wouldn't mind keeping a small sec shuttle for transport to the mining base. (On the off chance that they bother, there should be some way for sec to get there)
Best way to go about that I can see is giving the perma brig far more things to do, and adding a section of rock that the prisoners can be let into to mine.

I tried building a pipeline to the SM once. ONCE.
Between atmos and engineering is a mess of pipes. Might be a little better with the new distro/waste pipes though.

Not everything needs to be debated over for a week. The maintainers aren't idiots.
Even with this race, the way it was merged in was fine.
If you feel that is such an issue, then get on the github and discuss changes.

Also Dread, with that SM, you should only ever use volume pumps like that. Normal pumps are for controlled pressure, not mass movement of gas.
This one is actually debatable. Volume pumps move more gas, but in the case of the SM using pressure pumps gives your coolers more time to work and cool the gas going into the loop more. But, this does have the problem of the SM gas can heat up and expand above your limit, which is why you should always have a volume pump or 2 to 1 output to input ratio going into your waste/cooling loop.
Not really. If you for whatever reason did less effective volume pumps...then you could just turn down the output. Pressure pumps should never be used.

There was nothing wrong with how they were added.
If people checked the github they could voice their concerns there. PRs shouldn't have to wait a week for people to work out the obvious.

Assuming it is brought back in a non-broken state, it would be great to see it back, even on a trial period.

Errr...is codebase size exactly an issue? I haven't really seen any completely nuts loading times, and even by cutting every song out it doesn't seem to be a very large drop in size.
Can't seem to get the audio working so I can't say much about the songs. I do like the mining music though.
