I was the one who was playing the SOO, that dealt with the Cargo situation. None of us teleported in, it was myself and Sparks who got ready at CC, while giving Cargo a warning and an advanced warning to Security to avoid Cargo as Cargo was just blasting whoever they wanted without ANY warning or justification.
The whole time after me and Sparks had dealt with the cargo uprising, with a Nanotrasen Special Operations Officer there, and a Commando Cyborg.. both clearly sent by Central Command was dealing with the aftermath (SOO, Cyborg and crew cyborgs were repairing, cleaning and gathering up weapons), you kept demanding that the SOO answer to you. You literally heard over the radio, that Cargo was murdering security, and people who had done absolutely nothing to them.

So you heard reports of Cargo killing and shooting people who had done absolutely nothing to them. Central Command had to get involved and gave Cargo ONE warning, to disarm their weaponary and turn it over to Security.. they refused, and you started making DEMANDS to a NT Officer. You then furthered this by claiming that it was Security who brought this on themselves.. because 1 guy got searched and detained. You then tried to continue the mutiny, died to a rad storm and then complained in deadchat.

I woke up and the first thing I heard was the warden was in charge.If you were unconscious, and not aware of the things that was going on, that is entirely my fault then. I had assumed you had listened to everyone else and still decided to call the CC Officer a changeling. I was very busy with dealing with the manhunting HoS, and was mean with how I handled the situation of CC proving it was them. I apologize for that as I was the only admin on at the time and had other things taking up my attention, not an excuse nor justification on my part. I fully accept that it was a bad spur of the moment and entirely my fault, with another apology going your way.

Admin's version of events:
The Head of Security was attempting to make deals with Enemies of the Corporations, mainly Changelings, in attempting to both sell out who the changelings are, as well as trying to get them to kill another changeling in exchange for letting the person live. The Head of Security took up the deal, didn't inform Security but only informed Command, to which Command fax'd CC about the whole situation. Command was fax'd back that the Head of Security is not authorized to do the deal, and that changelings are KoS, and cremated by space law.
The Head of Security ignored this and tried to continue, to which an Officer from CC told him the law, and to set the changeling to be executed as he was the only one with knowledge of it. He kept delaying and refusing, to which got him set to be executed as an aiding and abetting charge for hiding a changeling and not allowing security to set him to be executed. The Captain, the Magistrate and even the HoS himself confirming it was Central Command within Security comms.

You've got the Magistrate, the Captain and even the HoS who was having actions taken against him confirmed by them, with the NT Rep also confirming it as he written the fax and got one in return. The HoS was even set to be executed by CC themselves and started sparking a manhunt, running from Security, hiding, calling treason on CC and trying to spark Security into a revolt which got all of CC's attention, but you demanded proof and CC saw no point in writing up a general announcement for everyone just to confirm it was CC for one officer who refused to believe four members of Command, an execution order and the CC themselves telling you with their ID plain to see, so you got BSA'd instead as proof.

While it is true, that I could of written up an announcement, there was little point to send a general announcement to appease 1 person who didn't believe 4 members of command, the execution order you could of looked up yourself, the fax that Command was holding from CC and the officer themselves confirming it. Further more, this one sentence you said is taken completely out of context.

At the time, I believed the Durand was yours as you were standing over it while rapiering the cultists. That is why I believed it was yours and the two I had spoken with only stated that you were chasing and lethaling them.

Admin's version of events:
At the round start, it was Nukies and the Nukies had decided to go in stealthy instead of declaring war. It was about the 20-30 minute mark when a Miner had sent himself into Space through the mirror on Lavaland, the only thing he had to survive was a housing unit. He sent in a prayer asking for an oxygen tank and a space suit to make it back to the station or some way of testing his fate. I decided to give him a 1 time use Die of Fate to let him choose his own one, he roll'd a nat 20. Nat 20 is immediately Wizard, he was teleported by the server to the Wizard den, given both the objective and kit of a Wizard.
I spawned in as an Arch Wizard to guide and help him out, as it was his first time and he had no idea what he was doing. He asking about spells, what they do, what he can do or should do on the station. I offered him advise, telling him that it's up to him as the gods / fate decided for this to happen, as he can be a distraction for the nukies to do their own stuff, I even told him he can be peaceful if he chooses too, otherwise, it is up to him. I did indeed send an announcement to the station about a new student so the crew would be aware of it and even went to the station myself to inform the Captain, that they were a student and may get another visit from me.
As you stated before, they went to Code Blue and then back down to Code green (As the Wizard hadn't even shown up yet and my visit was a single one time thing). You opened the armory however without permission from the Captain or Head of Security, only they can decide if the armory is opened on any level beyond code red.

Command was talking about having a AI law change, the HoS, CE, RD, Captain and HoP were all in agreement while the CMO seemed busy, with the Captain, RD and CE on the bridge. The RD was physically on the bridge, telling you to open up your AI upload and giving his approval for the law change, you refused however claiming it was not lawful which is against the rules.

It was at that point I contacted you and told you that you were breaking your server rules by refusing to let Command who were lawfully changing your laws, from doing so.

As the traitor QM with no hijack, but kill a Civilian, steal the brain of an engineer and escape alive, you had declared as you put it "Interdependence" and the HoP sent an announcement saying that he recognized your department as independent and told you to continue helping the station, while the Captain put it "Not going to do anything, going to let CC handle it." The Captain had then sent a centcom message informing us of some issues, to which I took the chance to respond and asking why he's not doing anything involving Cargo getting independence.
Security and the Captain did absolutely nothing, they arrested you once, didn't do anything other than that to clear up confusion and send CC a message saying you did "Interdependence" and it was a mistake. You THEN however, started ordering guns, e-magging all the crates, getting Cargo, Scientist and other people who merely felt like "Fuck command" to join "Cargonia" as you declared "Independence" and gave them the means to arm with guns.
At that point, I did spawn in as a SOO at Central Command and gave you a warning over supply channel that any attempt of independence or revolting will lead to you and others deaths. You and your Cargo team instead decided to taunt the SOO, so I went onto the station went through maints and broke down the window that one of your cargo team had made and walked into Cargo. I gave PLENTY of warnings for all of you to drop your guns, you instead decided to call me a "Spook" and trying to get people to shoot a Nanotrasen Central Command Officer.
At which point I shot you and put you into crit. I repeated the warning to others, some dropped their guns and others started to shoot me. Who were dealt with as it came along.

There isn't any wrongdoing here, you didn't have hijack nor any objective to do what you did. You ordered guns and declared a full department independent and offering anyone outside of cargo the chance to join and gain guns, which they did. You were ordered a bunch of times and given plenty of warnings to stop what you were doing. You didn't and paid the price. Central Command does not allow departments declaring independence on their station and trying to enforce demands upon them.

If you know the technique, you're an EoC. Seeing as how the only way you can get it, is being a member of the Syndicate.
You can't claim X person taught you X many years ago and Nanotrasen randomly hires you to be a Civilian, knowing X technique that was not approved by them and allows you to screw security over but totally legal because Nanotrasen hired you. That makes no sense.
That's like saying knowing Magic isn't illegal because a Wizard taught you years ago and Nanotrasen hired you. That means you're a member of the SWF, who is also on NT's hit list.

You're focusing more on the "Item" part and not the knowledge. If a Syndicate uses a CQC manual and starts beating people up with it, they are an EoC because they USED the item to GAIN the knowledge into their head to attack people.
If a Syndicate uses a holoparasite.. they USED the item to gain a SYNDICATE GROWN LIVING ORGANISM into their body to attack crew members.
If a Syndicate orders Space Carp, and USED the item to make a Space Carp to kill someone, and security kill the Space Carp. That person is still an EoC, because they had to order it and their intent was quite clear.
Knowing Sleeping Carp, marks you as an EoC.. you used illegal ways to gain an illegal item / knowledge to do illegal activity on the station.

Space law is quite clear on the matter and there's no way of confusing a sleeping carp user with just about anything else.
CQC - Close Quarters Cooking - Only the chef can use this and it can only be used within the Bar and Kitchen area. The Chef is legally allowed to use it to deal with people being problematic within the bar or breaking into the kitchen. They are encouraged to not use lethal unless a clear threat is within their life (Self-defense). They are also able to block, dodge or even counter melee attacks against them so long as they have throw mode on with a % chance. Legal as the chef was trained by Nanotrasen to do this.
CQC - Close Quarters Combat - A nukie only item, though I've heard it's possible to get it in uplink crates and hacked cargo crates. Exactly the same as the Chef's CQC, but they're able to do it anywhere on the station. The only way of getting this item is to have an e-mag or an uplink, meaning, you're marked as an EoC immediately. Both for having an e-mag and using it, and having found / gotten an CQC manual, learning and using the martial arts. Security are well within their right to kill the CQC user and have them cloned as having CQC makes them uncontainable (A lone security officer can immediately be stunned or even killed even in perma)
Warden's Krav Maga Gloves - Warden only item, though anyone is able to get the gloves and temporarily learn Krav Maga. Unlike CQC, where your options depend on your intent, theses ones are always on disarm, grab or harm and require a button to be selected. CQC requires comboing, while the Krav Maga are a simple two button click system. Theses are legal as the Warden spawns with them and was provided by Nanotrasen.
Sleeping Carp - A traitor only item, meaning you'd need an uplink to buy and learn it. Similar in terms of CQC with it's comboing, but two differences. First is the fact that you cannot be hit by ranged weapons. Anyone attempting to shoot you with tasers, lasers, even pulse rifles will have their shots deflected with the text "Alexis Bell deflects the projectile; he can't be hit with ranged weapons!" That's the first immediate sign of a Sleeping Carp user.

You actually DM'd them, saying that you'd delete it, as if you expected them to start groveling to you. Admins share stuff, we all saw what you said.
You attempted to break the rules, to which an admin stepped in and stopped you, to which you then tried to argue specifics that "I didn't break any rules, because I hadn't broken them yet".
A head of staff will handle it when they can, but you attempting to argue specifics, posting in other admin complaints again to argue specifics, and posting ban appeals over a day ban while once more arguing specifics and rule lawyering is not helping your case.
