In my own opinion it should NOT be a normal thing during war ops. and why i did not follow up with you, i did redirect my attention to the HoP after wards. The only reason i assumed you were the hop is you have captain level access and a silly title. I was then informed you were a chemist.
More mayhem was being caused (by you and others..espically at the comms console) by having all access. That kind of mayhem lends more harm then good.

as a coder i do and DO NOT AGREE, I agree yes we need to cut down on some of the EXTREAME cases that do not relate to the PR at hand. But on the other hand..I will make joke PR names related to the PR (that time i went REEEEE over cult bugs does not count..lapse in judgement.), joke commit names, Generally joking around in PR comments. Cuase if i don't i go insane.Yes we have labels like i ded plz nerf..to be honest sometime this is needed. If anything just restrict those to people who would get it. and in Necas case, Grendel Riker is perfectly fine. Trying to kill it would be too extreme and if any proposed rule WOULD kill it then i could NEVER support this as it would not be fair to anyone else with a similar name issue as necas.
Context is key, you can have a name that may make me twitch..you can dress close to what you pay homage to on station..but if you act in a way that is UTTERLY DIFFERENT then the character(s) you are homaging. That makes all the diffrence in the world and you are okay by me.
And having exceptions for AI or equipment is not fair. It needs to be all or nothing.

Well, spring is upon me, and i will leave my term as overseer with no undead outside, a tavern full of drunk humans, some legendary items and a Temple,crypts and a few more bedrooms furnished.
Sad i didn't see that magma channel project down below finished. Hopefully the next overseer can finish it out...and no more zombies..damn corpses. Espically the elf ones.

no the magistrate/iaa both work the same areas. People commonly misunderstand the IAAs spot. the magistrare/iaas work with Legal SoP/Space Law, where as NT reps work with SoP, making sure depts are orderly, inspecting department and keeping up with NTs interests. IAAs and magistrates could care less if you leave your locker open and area in a Mess (unless its the security locker rooms cuase seriously you people are pigs).
NT rep is advisor really. If a crew member goes for them with a complaint and it ends up more on a legal sense then something that should threaten NTs interests and/or is a department being run wrong. (Medbay is suddenly a bar). They can and SHOULD pass the legal matters to the IAA/Security/Magistrate. If medbay has been turned into a bar..thats not a legal issue of space law being broken and the NT Rep should advise command to make them stop.
There ARE CLEAR DEFINITIONS..but people choose to blur them.

The IAA deals with legal compliance and complaints about legal shit. The have a boss..Thats the magistrate.

We could touch it..we really could. But the thing is we have to prepare ourselves if we do touch it on the code team. Cuase i will be honest.
Most attempts to balance things like races (and some other things). Are met with a high degree of salt, then a high degree of drama. I am one under the mindset things can be fixed and balanced. Sadly balance will always lead to people not happy about it.

Try saying that when you get dragged into medbay twice in the same round, and when they do finally haul you off to robotics, they are confused by the surgery that they have to do to multiple body parts.
Then they have to make new parts for the ones you lost.
That said maybe a simple emergency tool in said box might be better
Sorry spark, that is a player knowledge issue...kinda like when people take SSD into medbay. Its frusterating yes. But we can't adjust a player knowledge issue with a balance inducing issue, OR everything fox and flattest have been over. OH OH! Lets not forget people with robotic limbs being shoved in a cryo tube! (thats happend to me alot)

No it didn't cuase a red alert shuttle call, that was a crew transfer. I started this shit in 13:42 in the round, no i did not intend it to go overboard like that. Yes i do have an issue when people decide to just kill ion laws that really aren't going to harm anyone (really the one about butts would have been circumvented due to crew transfer vote).
I have a habit of doing things round end late at night or at dawns asscrack.
Yes i realized it snowballed, and YES i did apologize for it the next round shortly afer cause i felt bad.
The malf thing the borg did was a Troll copy paste they like to do.
