Like I said, I've been bwoinked (though I didn't really feel threatened like I was going to get banned, but just a warning) for telesciencing away the champ belt and all the gold in the vault. I would just ahelp it if I were you before you do something like that and see what the active admin is thinking.

All forms of theft seem fine, as long as you don't use any lethal intent, submit to the law when you've lost, ect, though don't be an ass and steal items a syndicate might need, or weapons, don't steal weapons, stealing the gold from the vault, or champbelt, sure.
From my experience, that's not true. Petty theft is ok, but something that could be labeled as grand theft (even if it's not an antag item, like the champ belt) has gotten me bwoinked before. The general rule of thumb is "If you aren't sure, don't do it. If you really aren't sure, but really want to, admin help it."

I do friendly antags all the time. My personal favorite was being a statue vigilante that hunted down traitors and took care of the stations carp problem.

There is a "make everyone random" button that would achieve just this, btw. It's been pressed a few times. It kinda makes people scream horrid stuff
What level of admin is required to hit this button? I'm going to work towards being an admin starting tonight just for that cause.

I actually had a somewhat similar idea, but never made a suggestion for it. What NT messed up and accidentally only hired bald, black eyed, age 30 males, with random names to work on the Cyberiad, so no one knew anyone at all and just kinda let the chaos commence as soon as you spawn.

It'd be hilarious to call an ERT breaking in from space and spamming hailers for that.
I remember I was captain once and Bulma Briefs organized a feminist "free the nipple" rally outside of bridge. I declared code red and called an ERT. I asked CC to open the gamma armory, but it was denied. It was great.
