I mean, yes, there are quite a few sources of protein, but meat in general can get rather scarce if medical doesn't bother to make synthmeat for general consumption. Would be nice if there was an alternate source of 'healthy' protein in the snack machines instead of restricted to the chef. New foods and drinks are things I would very much like to add, however decent sprites for them would be needed. As for the scarcity of meat, the botanists are able to produce monkey cubes from their bio-generator, and cargo can order live animals for use in the kitchen. Their heads are very large, the crown of their heads large and balloon-like, and their dentistry suggests an omnivorous race, albeit one with very sharp k-9 teeth and incisors.
