veganzombeh Posted April 29, 2015 Share Posted April 29, 2015 To be honest, I don't think these are quite as necessary as handheld crew monitors. Crew monitoring is much more dynamic than air alarms. By the time a paramedic gets to an injured person, they could have moved half way across the station. With air alarms, they're a bit more predictable. If you see an air alarm go off, it's likely to still be there by the time you get there. That said, it still might be nice to have them available from cargo or R&D.
