Make it so you can speak different languages over the radio

Before I get lynched, let me just say /all/ species have a language only they know. Including humans. I think it would be amusing to let us be able to do this.

What about languages that have frequency contents exceeding the intercom/headset's DAC/ADC/speaker/microphone capabilities? I mean - how would you represent a 27 kHz whine?

Are you sure about this? I'm almost positive I tried this at various point, but to no avail.

 

In any event, if it was possible, 10 bucks says it's VG's ported say code that is preventing it from working (VG's say code reduces CPU usage but is otherwise horrendously atrocious, according to Mark).
