Is it normal for a PR to remain on hold after linking the forum and github accounts?

Not sure where to ask this, so I someone here could point me in the right direction.

I made a PR a little over a week ago which was tagged as on hold due to my github and Paradise accounts being unlinked. I linked the accounts almost immediately, but a week has passed and the tag is still there. Moreover it is currently the only open PR with such a tag, which concerns me a bit.

So is it normal, and if not, is my PR stuck in limbo because of it?
Also, is there anyone I could or should contact about this?
