Reprimanding me over nothing, making up that my intention was to "make [the ERT ]feel like idiots."

This admin basically tried to force me to stop something I did not do. I feel this conversation was insulting towards me and did nothing else than prolonging the round end for no reason.

You have clearly not met someone with ill intent if you think that I had any.

This seems a pretty simple situation to me - you were annoying people in LOOC and talking about IC things in it, and were told to knock it off. This isn't over nothing at all.
This should have been fairly obvious to you, as per those peoples comments:

To clarify - you should not be using LOOC to talk about IC events, such as who people are or aren't talking to. If multiple people ask you to stop using LOOC, you should probably knock it off. 

Comments like:

are what comes across as antagonizing, or trying to make them look like idiots.

 

After this, Pazneria PM"d you quite politely - "Hey could you refrain from antagonizing people in LOOC in the future?"

You weren't muted, banned, deleted, prison'd, or anything. Paz just simple asked you not to. Rather than saying "Sure thing, sorry, didn't mean to!" or "No problem, didn't realise I was" or even a simple "Sure", your response - I did not 'antagonize' people in LOOC. - complete with petulant square quotes around antagonize, immediately  makes you come across as someone who is interested in "winning" the conversation with the admin. Paz is then very polite with you, even after you admit to insulting people.

By your own admission here, you're insulting people in LOOC, which, even if minor...well, is something an admin is meant to tell you to knock off, especially if multiple other players are telling you to knock if off in looc.

I see nothing at all wrong in how Pazneria acted here, except in perhaps not being harsh enough with you considering how you come across. 

To make an admin complaint over an exchange that literally ended with

seems very minor and petty to me, especially with how low effort the actual amount of writing you've put into this complaint is. 

 

This complaint is without merit.
