Always stick together with your team, lone nukies are very easy to take out.
Always grab as much as you can from your ship, if nobody else takes the extra ammo mags or bullpups grab em and shove them in your bag, extra ammo has saved me many times.
You can only win with your team, so make sure you're familiar with their skills and robustness and try to keep communication when separated.
If you're only going for greentext, even just keeping the disk on the station grants you a minor victory when the round ends.
Learn some combos, like the shielded hardsuit + dsword combo since they can be devestatingly difficult for the crew to deal with.

i dunno about some of these, in my opinion borgs exist to fill out the role of doing basic things much MUCH better than humans, like repairs, injecting healing chems, etc. but also make them rely on people to do more complex things like organ transplants, writing, etc..
Borgs can already be pretty strong, and some of these would probably make them too powerful
also no jailer upgrade please i don't wanna mention the forbidden word(s)

Yeah, same for me. There's already too many boring humans with animal heads. More properly alien aliens, please.
the problem with making special species with a different body structure is clothing, it either means entirely new sprites will have to be made for each piece of clothing to specifically fit that species, or they just won't be able to wear 90% of the clothes. Humans with animal heads is kind of a neccesity for simplicity.

Grays, in my opinion, are more support or nest-building spiders, they can build webs much faster than the other tier 1 spiders, so they work well for making quick traps in hallways.

It's like that for the same reason that gateway terror spiders aren't controllable when they hatch on the station, so that people don't constantly start xeno/terror outbreaks.

Well deviants are thought to have free will, IPC already have free will- unless this is like a cult where deviants are insane and don't act like themselves.

pAI's shouldn't have radios full stop. They're a portable friend and should only really be speaking to you, not chatting on comms. Whenever i see a pAI cluttering comms i always have the urge to just go destroy it. As for everything else? well, the people who don't choose to play pAI's still probably won't choose to play them. Why? because it's still a chatting RP role, with many more exciting things like the swarmers available which they may have a chance at becoming instead.

Mekanism
applied energistics 2
Buildcraft
immersive engineering
galacticraft core (i don't really care about all the other planets)
agricraft
forestry
Harvestcraft
Modular powersuits
Journeymap
(Maybe) More/magic bees
(Maybe) ars magica 2
(Maybe) industrial craft
(Maybe) tropicalcraft
(Maybe) biomes o' plenty
I add maybe to some mods since imo they're kinda dumb, redundant and/or add a lot of content which could potentially cause more lag than its worth
I'll keep adding or removing from this list with edits

Security is already tough enough, i don't like people punishing them like this. Security patrolling maints is completely justifiable, what if a drug trade is going down there? what if someone got themselves hurt? that kinda stuff. Besides, if security shouldn't be in maints then neither should anybody else be aside from engineering and such.
And about the more antags thing, I believe that it's unreasonable to always know that there's gonna be more, but think that it's completely fine to stay on code blue- after all, why would the syndicate hire only one agent? it wouldn't make much sense.
Bolting places? i'm fine with it to an extent- on code green? No, don't do that. Code blue? sure why not- it could help prevent break-ins into secure places. Realistic enough.
Again i see all these complaints as pretty restricting in some ways, NT has multiple known enemies, ensuring some easy safety tactics is completely realistic to me.

While fallout 3 was great for it's time it doesn't quite hold up as well as new vegas does today.

I mean, It's not exactly the same fur that's on earth, it's chitin hair.
That's so freaking dumbWait rea-
Huh. Lore is fun and all I guess but normal fur for gameplay purposes when?
Edit: there goes my idea for making them carnivores only too, I guess..

Since I only ever play vulp I have a few suggestions.. First of all:

THIS, we have fur. Fur burns bad. Bonus points if people vomit when they smell burning fur.
Speaking of fur, make it so vulps have slightly higher cold resistance.
Vulps are based on dogs and foxes, so why not make them take toxic damage from eating things that contain chocolate or grapes.
Now this one I'm still not 100% certain on myself, but maybe increase their movement speed by a small amount? They're dog/wolf people, and you could balance this by making their bones break easier. alternatively, there could be a sprint ability for them which deals stamina damage as long as you use it until you collapse.

I mean it's just a title change. I do see why someone claiming the OR can be frustrating or the evil people who walk about with the surgical tools. That and how having the title of surgeon can influence that. "YOU ARE A MEDICAL DOCTOR! GET OUT OF MY OR!" Overall I'd agree even if I'm playing a lot surgeon. (Just share the OR and help your department.)
exactly, it's just a title change- yet most surgeons act like they're superior to medical doctors and nurses.

Nuclear Operative tips?

Oh yeah, and remember to expect the unexpected, especially with chemists- you never know if some crew is gonna run at you and suicide bomb you, or if the chemist runs at you with meth to steal your nuke and run away with it.
