  1. I'm feeling almost all the ideas I'm hearing here. Any items that are just alts for already existing items are fantastic. No need to worry about balance. Anything to be able to dress my snowflake 50 different ways.
  2. I totally feel that about seeing people even if you don't interact. Just noticing some people regularly and sometimes being noticed by other people is rad. It feels like I'm actually part of a crew of people working on a station together. Every shift another work day. Every time I dont see someone I normally play with, they took a vacation or sick day. Thinking of things like that help add to my immersion and stuff.
  3. Kick ass man. You've absolutely out done yourself. Chen looks like a total bad ass.
  4. Make the Chaplain weaker? You wouldn't dare!
  5. In the US military you can find a lot of gangs/gang members so its not far fetched. My time in the Marines is basically just me playing on the Colonial Marines server as a younger Chen Westington. I also didnt desert the Marines, maybe I worded that wrong in my original writing but I finished my time in the Marines just fine and dandy but after words I stowed onto an NT station. And to justify Chen being hired by NT? Im not saying it was syndicats... But it was totally syndicate shenanigans.
  6. Name: Chen Westington Age: 27 Gender: Male Race: Human Blood Type: AB+ General Occupational Rolls: -Brig Doctor -Detective -Chaplain -Paramedic -Bartender -Head of Personnel -Chief Medical Officer -Cargo Technician -Sec Pod Pilot Biography: -Well traveled for his age Chen was born 27 years ago in the Earth month of May on the surface of Mars. -He joined the Space Yakuza at the age of 14 but ran away and joined the Sol Marine Corps five years later. 7. Ya I already feel like as Chaplain I can push the valid line a bit much sometime. Chaplains dont need any extra tools that'll increase that on there own. Some extra dynamic between the Chaplain and Librarian to work together actually sounds really cool. At the very least it might help the Librarian actually have something to do other then willingly sacrifice themselves to the cult for funs.
  8. Good lord someone stick a fork in me. I could die after writing all that about my character. Could die from the embarrassment alone hahaha!
  9. Yo! I've been playing on Paradise for more then a few months now and only just made an account on the forums. So here's my wayyyyy to fuckin long introduction for me as my only character, the Blue Beret/Sunglasses/headphones wearing, Ex-Space Yakuza and Ex-Sol Marines being, green eyes brown bedhead 3 having, NT hating Space Communist named CHEN WESTINGTON! When I first started play I ran my character as a girl named Chen Honkington who wore a black cap and bomber jacket. After a while I had to change my last name to Westington and I switched my gender to male. But that was a welcome change, I can rp better as a dude since I am a dude and I'm probably taken just a little more seriously now without the honk in my name. I speak a little weird sometimes, noice, neato, rad, wicked, and sick are all words you'll hear from me pretty often. If you say something to me and I don't answer I probably didn't notice it in the flood of the chat. The first jobs I picked while I was learning how to actually play the game were Bartender and Botanist, probably two of the best starter jobs for learning how to play the game. After I got a hold of how things worked I started heavily playing as a doctor which is now my permanent fall back job if I cant get any of my other jobs. Now in days where you'll see me most are as Detective, Brig Doctor, and Chaplain. As Detective I'll always be trying to find ways around the roles that stop the detective from arming up and taking on the world, often trying to get the HoP to rename my Job to Loose Cannon. Until things get so bad that I can actually get away with that I try my best to be a straight shooter, doing my job as I should, patrolling maint a little, investigating people who might be possible suspects of crimes, trying to take inspiration from Cole Phelps the hero of L.A. Noir. (Cant wait for the day I can yell at someone asking them if they like to fuck young boys) When I play Brig Doctor the start of the shift becomes a race to loot as much of medbay as I can get away with without striping them of there ability to do their jobs. I steal the exams scanner, the second defib up front, some O- blood with its IV, all the medkits in the exam room and access to medical comms. After that its a trip to the engis to get 5 plasteel and then cargo to get surgery tools and the rest of the shift is easy as pie, until all of sec dies because they went to medbay and forgot I was even a person in there staff. Last but not least is maybe my pride and joy, my good work as Chaplain! All PRAISE THE GREAT CHEN IN THE SKY, IN SPACE! As I've played more and more ss13 the religion of Chenism as evolved into just a small joke to something I'm proud of. It started just as my first name started, a reference to the Touhou character Chen but slowing became the religion of replacing all the chairs on the station with comfy ones, building luxury furniture for all to sit at all comfy like while they chug glorious Whiskey cola and meditate on how to properly Be Excellent to Each Other. Every Priest of Chenism has to change their first name to Chen in honor of our honking goddess and wield the mighty God Hand as their right hand. As the leader of the religion I always have to bug the HoP to change my title to Pope of Chenism, or to Space Pope, it's a great dishonor when they dont go for it. If my furniture replacing adventures go well I try to set up a "Holy Medbay" In the back of the Chapel, the other departments arnt always super willing to co-operate with me on that one tho sadly. This was so long that if it goes unnoticed Im gonna feel like an autist hahahaha x3 At the very least it was hella fun to write.
  10. I want to ask you to do one of Chen but I'm wondering which job I should ask for him to be dressed as. I wonder what I'm best known for? Or if I'm even known by people at all! Hahaha.
  11. These are some pretty wicked sick drawings my dude. I hope you keep making them. I love to see what peoples characters look like as anything more then the few pixels they get in game.
