I never post here, but have been playing on Paradise on and off since 2015 (~300hrs) and this is probably one of the least fun feature adds to the game that I can remember. I was recently detective and started the round smoking. Immediately I became addicted to nicotine and my character was getting withdrawals WHILE smoking. I've also noticed that doctor rounds consists of mostly treating tons of alcohol addictions all early game.
