    Heist is the same shit every round;

Command do a trade, round ends in like 20 mins, fun right???

Vox try to be different but get their shit kicked in cause they're too squishy, fun right???

Remove it and replace it with Mercenaries tbh.

The ever-growing more inclusive society of furries. Now before you immediately jump on my gun.

Vulpakanin is literally just a re-skin of the Tajaran race and allows them to choose between, dog/fox man and cat thing. (Lore isn't even finished as far as I know)

Sure, when I used to play almost exclusively on this game and server, went Mentor, Mod and to TA, I saw it all and dealt with it in a administrative sense, I can also assure you've most likely seen it when you've observed, Vulps talking exclusively in their caz' language, pushing other characters away by either ignoring them or just moving tables when they've actively attempted to join in (Has happened to my own characters a few times when I played).

Point is, there have been a few 'distinct' members I can think of which do it the most and some even advocated some advertisements to large furry communities and sub-reddits to literally come play Paradise cause you get to be your fursona or w/e.

And I'm not the only person whom has played Paradise almost exclusively to notice it.

To be frank yes, I haven't played properly in a while nor met the new players and everything else, so this could be skewed to current times and I hope this doesn't come off offensively to anyone who's reading it, just merely what I think that Paradise faces at the time, it's known as a place kind to 'furries' so it'll attract them.

All these ideas are pretty neat for sure, I most certainly would like to see the 'Micro Traitors' especially, as you said, it'd most certainly help with the meta side of it all, but I could see where it'd be a tad confusing with some of the modes.

For example, a traitor getting converted by a Cultist would be irritating, stuff like that really. But I do like the 'micro traitor' idea alot.

I agree that it can be annoying, but, as people have pointed out, as long as you have an RP environment, it won't go away. It is the same issue with "metafriends," civilians who get to have all access ID's because they know the HoP/Captain

Lol, report that shit right away man, the admin team especially when I was present take/took that shit very seriously and very much still do.

I see where you are coming from, but as someone who plays sec very often, I don't want my officers sitting in maint chatting instead of responding to crimes. I'm not bothered about friendships and/or patrolling in pairs, so long as they actually do the job they have chosen.

If they're chit chatting too much instead of working, fire 'em... simple as that.

    Wah Wah another clique arguement,

Welcome to any type of roleplay setting featuring a place where you can interact with people on a social level, wow? People forming friendships while they're at work? Security teams working together? Wow... sure sounds like roleplaying to me.

We aren't a LowRP shit station, MediumRP has merit and of course friendships or relationships will form.

Although it'd be kinda crazy to put Traitors on the same level of difficulty as Lings (Regarding objective wise), Traitors are alot more vulnerable than you think compared to Lings and Vampires whom have some very interesting and rather powerful powers; Ethereal jaunt for vamps, regen for lings etc.

Traitors are still your average person and it doesn't take alot of a laser gun to take them down depending on what they've bought.

I like the current system of one or two core objectives and then a escape/hijack/die etc. cause it changes your entire motive, if you have to escape and kill x person or steal x thing, you're gonna be stealthier and cover your tracks or do it at certain times, killing x person and dying gloriously? Well that's a big 'ol boom and hijack is well, hijack :P

To sum it up though, I like the current system as it's flexible, you're not forced through these hard objectives with 20 TC, but.. if you wanted to do more objectives for your Syndicate overlords, write a fax, emag the fax and send it their way, they might just reward you with extra 'cookie' points to help you with it.

PAI's shouldn't have such an impact on this level, as stated, they're not and shouldn't be on a comparable level with borgs, if they wanted to commit to the round like that outside of their original state, why not just sign up to a posi-tron?

I'm ultimately fine with them being in the other modules but being able to be on par and in the current state, better than the Humanoid counter-parts is just ridiculous, PAI's being personal AIs like they are shouldn't be able to have such an impact like this, even with the nerfs stated, they shouldn't be able to.

Remove it entirely, keep those little buggers to what they're best at; a personal AI for someone.

We have voxes who must always carry "voxygen" canisters along and we have plasmamen who need to be always in their special rigs because of oxygen in station atmos.

Of course, so this'll be basically plasma-man but instead of plasma, they breathe super cooled air and have to have temp regulated EVA suits.

Having different gasses to breathe is relatively easy to do from a lore view, "Okay we come to work and breathe this so we an work etc."

Having a different base temperature could be possible to well, add a forced point of view for why they work, similar to Vortigaunts from HL, perhaps NT forced this onto them as they were easy slave labour perhaps, I'd like that view on the species, forcing them into these suits they can't get out of with a collar or something. It'd be interesting.

EDIT: As an observation from a friend, these look like Squidward.

Such is the life if something has become less fun, I've felt the same myself recently, with only minor gimmicks which I play from time to time to entertain me. Although I feel truly at the edge, I've decided it's best to take a hiatus, I suggest this too.

Simply don't play, find something else to indulge in and eventually which I have felt minor feelings for recently too, I feel a slight want to play it again, but yes. I say a hiatus is your best be to spark your interest in the game again.

And as seeing that you've done multiple breaks; try a new server, try different RP levels of servers, try new characters (If you have species unlocked, give some of those a go), do some gimmicks from other sets of fiction (I myself have been doing some criminal minds gimmicks and I've been enjoying them relatively nicely).

But if all fails, well.. best to simply stop trying and you'll feel better about it, after binging SS13 (Para specifically) for about a year, I burnt myself out. My fault really.

    Truly though,

    Good luck with it all.

    Not a karma job,

    Not for mentors,

Heavily moderated and whitelisted with applications that Event people, Seniormins+ review and accept/decline etc.

Now make a suggestion for this already.

  12.

    So far so good, I am curious though to the administration side on the subject though;

Considering this'd be in-place would it be now bwoinkable to leave the genetics lab without permission from the RD, with Hulk modification active?

And such job-bannable for repeat offences?

Or is this a strictly IC overhaul regarding demotions on the subject?

  13.

Except it does. Dirt accumulates ridiculously fast, to the point where 50% of your job as a Janitor is mopping the small area between the Bar and Medbay.

Hence my preference for simply reducing the rate of accumulation.

That sounds fine too, I think there was something mentioned about ghosts triggering the dirt accumulation too? Dunno if that's what caused the hysteria of removing dirt.

But yeah reducing the rate is much better than removing it.
