This topic again, huh? I suppose the race is relatively stable now of all things, so bringing this topic back isn't a terrible idea. Let's just hope we can agree on what makes sense for the Vulpkanin--lore wise. I remember my great idea ( http://pastebin.com/85gbvxDQ ) sounded good at the time given the suggestion, but the idea behind that sort of died down. I would still put up the ideas from non-tajaran related lines in there--such as the council and NT's interaction with them.

Instead of the Vulpkanin being snowflakey with their lore, we can run something slightly more realistic with a caste society system (I would put the Tau from WH40k plus or minus the idea of etherials or what I wrote down).

Very well, I shall give my testament in defense.

Now, in order to address your first comment, I quote from your appeal:

    >(bulma wasn't hop at round start and seems to have been adminly set to it)

I deny these accusations, I asked the captain, Josiah Young, if the HoP was SSD. He said yes, I asked for the job and got it.

Now, yes, my reason for banning for you, is listed on the rules. As I quote:

    8. Meta: "Don’t mess with SSD characters especially if you’re an antagonist. It’s too easy. This includes stealing their equipment. If you -really- need to, adminhelp first."

Hey there folks, friends i've made via IC/OOC and/or people stalking around here. I'm Elysian_Prince, but the name's Nick. I'm currently a sophomore studying astrophysics at the University of North Florida, and I guess i'm a mod here. I write in my free time (I mostly post it on DA, but not so much anymore), love soccer and I am a complete sucker for cute stuff.

Current people I play as are:

*N'ildrask Vaalkom: The tajaran most know me as. Has a soft side if you get in touch with him, but he's crafty, versatile and quick to learn most things otherwise.

*Leaflet: The quiet, bold-hearted Plasmaman that's quiet unless spoken to. Often found in the science wing, and is very quick to work.

*Krakricha: The styleish Voxy that loves space pods and genetics work. Loves to explore and find new things.

So... Hey. If you got any questions, toss 'em out, I guess.

If I my throw my two cents in as well, knowing how to handle situations if and when they happen should be a prerequisite, such as:

RD: Knowing how to manage a slime/golem outbreak if they get feisty. Managing repairs if and when your department explodes.

CMO: Making sure that genetics doesn't distribute hulk if it's found, Chemists not solely making meth, virologist not releasing a shite virus.

HOS: Making sure that security isn't shitcurity, the warden is doing their job, and having general insight on who should have what.

HOP: Not giving yourself all-access, making sure mining is working and that cargo orders what people ask for and not hoarding weapons.

CE: Knowing the difference between atmospherics upgrades and sabotage, making sure engineers work on the station and not just their private bar.

Captain: Settling differences between heads of staff.

In the end note, you are a manager of your staff too.

  5. I was a Blueshield, and with the Gamma armoury open, I grabbed one of the snipers, a rocket launcher, and a laser gun (plus some other laser guns when the standard armoury was unlocked, security was lacking that shift). During a xeno round, where most of the station was taken over, I went around rescuing people and going crazy with the weapons. I basically used the hand teleporter, with the beacon being the captain on the research station, and just threw people that were trapped or near-dead in there. Managed to corner the queen by accident and downed her with several shots.
