I know I'm nitpicking, but rewiring pipes?
Otherwise, I dont see any issues with this SOP.
Regarding the 'If a meteor strikes containment thing', maybe a clause where if an engine failure is caused by external forces, damage control is to begin immediately if the singularity/tesla/supermatter doesn't cause enough damage to warrant evacuation, and the team is not penalized. Or something along those lines

Hmmm, I only really have a story set up for two of my characters, my lizard (Garoon Garuda) and my voxxy (Chihiyatika) who's been ignored...
So far, my lizard does everyday things like surfing the internet/ethernet whatever the hell the universe equivalent is, and uses it to watch shows and stuff, when he gets the desire he does a little playing around with electrical devices and doodads. He also has a saxophone laying around his home from when he was younger, he keeps it maintained well.
As for Chihiya... he repaired the skipjack that he was exiled in, with great difficulty mind you, and uses it as his home so most of his time is taken up keeping maintenance on the heap of junk. When he's not busy maintaining, he likes to use the skipjack cloak to spy on things happening, and he keeps a correspondence with the first person he met when he crash landed into exile, which is my lizard.

You do that and Zeke will be broken by the fifth time he hears Jonah's death...

(Also, Garoon was inside of a butterfly with universal speech, you literally had butterflies in your stomach. Once upon a time, in spessmahn, one poor sap had five of said butterflies.)
