So that they show a picture of the legitimate owner, as well as fingerprints, job and DNA ? Something alike a little nanouiframe. All ID cards shows information like photo, fingerprint hash, DNA, blood type etc while you EXAMINE the card. You can't change or write such information on blank ID as HoP still.
