1)

Add a Wrist slot and some new items worn here.

a) Wristwatch - just an ordinary wristwatch every civilian could get. Tells time when you Examine it.

b) Wristwatch Uplink - alternate style for traitor uplink. Now looks like quartz watches. Adjust their time to unlock.

c) Heartbeat sensor - rather primitive sensor which track wearer heartbeat and and beeps loadly when its anomalous - when you in crit and start dying. However it could make a false alarm when consuming drugs affecting heart and when adrenal inmplant is used. Good thingy for miners and security officers.

d) Wrist comlink - wrist worn headset with only Common channel. Stylish.

e) Department and just colourful wristbands - for more style. For hiding scars from constant use of handcuffs on clown hands.

2) More clothes attachments

a) Dispatch radio - station bound radio for security. Clip it on your uniform. Use :D code to communicate using it. All security staff spawn with one.

b) Military flashlight - flashlight which could be clipped to your uniform. HoS and ERT spawn with ones as well as nuke ops.

c) Name badge - just a badge where you could write down your name and other things.

d) Blood type patch - small sleeve patch with blood type on it. Get a matching one from medical and attach it to your uniform so medical would always know what blood your almost drained by vampire body need.

e) Departmental back patch - patch with department name on it. Attach it to the back of your uniform.

Adding a wrist slot might be a bit contentious with some of the coders, you'd have to justify what you have to gain by adding that extra bloat.

I really like the dispatch radio, don't understand what the military flashlight is, what you're basing it off of, or how it would be any different from a seclite, a blood type patch is okay but redundant since blood type is on your ID, name badges are redundant for the same reason, and the departmental back patch seems okay.
