One for anyone willing to be a mentor, and the other to anyone needing a mentor. They could meet inside the game or/and here to talk and to teach. I also suggest a small form for both. Something like this: Byond Key: Characters and Jobs: Mentoring: (The job you wish to teach here.) Apprentice: (Same thing, but you want to learn.)
