I don't quite see why, the hydroponics in this is very similar to real hydroponics, just without the making sense part, and some added nymphs. To be fair, the definition of a Butcher is someone who cuts up and sells meat, not someone who works in a kitchen and cooks food. Yet it's an alternate Chef title regardless.
