The main body is made of 7 medium duty newspaper elastic bands, and the upper part is made of 14 light duty elastic bands, the last of which broke so I tied it into a complex knot and turned it into a weighted tip, for latching objects and has other uses. The handle is my key chain, keys, and belt loop clip. I was bored the other day at school so I made it and noticed my amazing skills at whipping things.
