For written language I guess it might be an object toggle? This would be good for roleplaying and give more depth to the current language system. I would definitely appreciate sign language, as using the PDA to speak with people can be a pain at times. Especially with the PDA's bugging out right now and becoming useless. Also, a sign language for each actual language would be a good idea.
