When you hold a tight grip on someone and begin to strangle him, it's really hard i think to scream in real life, since you can't breath, you are also unable to exhale, which means you cannot scream or even talk. Suggestion here is, once you've caught tight grip and began killing/strangling, person should be completely silenced. It should be sillent but long method of killing. Seems reasonable.

At last i decided to introduce. It took me more than a half of a year i think to do this. I'm playing Jane Sol or just S.O.L if go AI. I was so enthusiastic when i found out after a long break that Paradise Station moved into "underground", since i remeber this server when it was not so popular. I have been casualy playing SS13 for two years or so. I get easily annoyed by Meta and Powergaming, cuz rules are to improve gaming right?
