  1. I was thinking something like the diona but with permanent and far more fragile buildings but with a new race that are mushrooms. now that I think about it maybe I will make a separate forum post for it instead of putting a wall of text here and getting off topic.

Instead of making them automatically losing why not have the implant mess with their powers or something, for example if a changeling gets implanted he is no longer able to change form or evolve more powers. meaning he doesn't lose and has no reason to rat out his friends but it does mean that his objectives are ten times harder for him and makes tracking him ten times easier.

    So many of these are so handy and I'm shocked these aren't already in the game. None of these seem OP or completely useless ether, maybe the paper one but I could still see it being built.

     

    As for the bots needing to be recharged... I'm not sure, unless they do it automatically, as long as there is a charge station so robotics won't need to worry other wise it would get annoying to have too replace their battery all the time, especially if you make a load of them and not just 2 medbots like we do now.

Well, no because the changeling can change into anything it absorbs meaning that it may look and act like metal but at a moments notice can change its form. also if you have IPC's unable to be Changelings the second someone calls out "changeling", I would glue myself to the closest IPC I could find.

  5. Don't know if replacing all the taser guns is the best idea, maybe just have an option of the 2 maybe a limited supply or something and if you do port this over I demand that the atmos pipe freezer could be crafted into a shorter range one of these.

    Personally, if we're going by lore at all, I feel like resurrecting a slime should be possible by extracting it's core (the slime coring machine in Xenobio, perhaps?) and pouring a large beaker's worth of water on it.

     

    Personally I think it would be better if you could take out the core and put it into a normal slime (after you remove its core) maybe a little like those little tree things that I can't remember the name of, but instead of becoming one when they die they have to be placed into one and have to remain that way until they get enough electric charge to grow back to normal. so same mechanics different skin.

    Yes, but those areas are under constant supervision from other players, where else the virologist is in a secluded part of the station.

     

    The CMO should be checking in from time to time and true that the other places are being supervised by more people but you can cure a virus, you can't cure a singularity ripping up the station and good luck cleaning the station of toxins after the atmos makes a mistake. also adding karma or whitelist won't help that much because people will still have to learn how to play that job and will still make some terrible terrible mistakes.

My favorite part of this game is when the shit hits the fan but not when its like rev round where its next to impossible to stop and the main thing I hate is when a round literally has nothing happening and at the end it shows there are no traitors or anything and you've just wasted like 2 hours on a round with nothing.

    Stops stupid people/griff. Mostly.

    Then they will be banned from drone its as simple as that and if they really wanted to be drone then they will just suicide on the arrival shuttle. so having karma would not really do much.

    I don't understand why people are so opposed to having different ways to get karma, it reminds me of when WoW gave mounts to level 40's and people were saying things like "End of WoW GG" and "Why should they get an easy way through? they should have to work like we did!". Then all it really meant was that it would be easier for players to explore everything the game has to offer and the players still had to work just as hard to get anything done(that is until the made WoW casual).

     

    So having an achievement system that gives a small amount of karma for doing all types of things would let people explore everything the game has to offer and when I say small amounts of karma I mean like 1 karma for certain types of things like "kill your first blob!" or something. In order to stop people from just going after achievement after achievement simply make them hidden so they don't know what they are until they earn them.

     

    I understand my idea what take LOADS of coding and I would be happy to help with the coding if this was ever chosen to put in the game buuut I don't know how to code, however I would be happy to help with any sprites that would be needed.

     

  11. That would leave atmos with nothing much to do and being a person who mains atmos I would hate for this part to be taken away. However YES to new equipment because currently the only way to put out fires is by sucking out all the air. also that water blasting tank that someone posted on the forums would be cool.
