  1. mostly people always target head or chest in combat most times, since shooting arms or legs has less chance of hitting torso and this carries to melee anyway, so i don't think putting that thing on melee punch combat would do much change on things really, what would be actually more difference making would be a change on disarms/grabs. also first comment since 2017

I think The only way of people not metagaming it if people don't get to know about this system, a alternative there could be it's that admins would manually antag you when you play alot and even playing alot you don't get it(when I was with my PC,it happened alot of times that I didn't get antag for 40 or 30 rounds while playing about all day everyday)but the actual system works good,you can probably get a bunny feet collar with you while playing

  3. we surely do not have such time for doing alot of things, but most rounds are two hours, i can't see to be doing the same job for more than two hours(research can even be maximized in 10 minutes therefore scientists have almost nothing more to do ),want to do a evil plan ?, it's easy, such as the time where a guy bought a chameleon stamp and made a paper which would be saying that operatives invaded CC and got all the control, in that round everyone freaked out and theybelieved in it so much that CC had to send a Death squad who died, literally 2 hours for us let us do alot of things,as i remember when i made literally 30 grenades which put someone on fire enough to kill them twice 

    were too Highpop to have more than two hours rounds long or something like that, if the auto shuttle votes win is because people wants, not because there's a bot which does it, to have large rounds that depends on people playing, nothing more

  4. It would be better if the titles were: junior officer, Medical intern, Technical assistant(engineering), research assistant and test subject( would be cool as a way of genetics testing things on people or science)

    The issue is the explosion also deletes the button for the shutters though, which means you could potentially lock nukies out of their shuttle this way. :thinking:

    if there are in the code add a blast proof button, or a door remote to the privacy shutters. if these cannot be added , would be cool if they had a laptop to open those and control their shuttle

  6. i've read it a bit and:

    • Make so that they need to breath pure oxygen, or another gas that might pass energy better
    • not sure what would make them EMP fragile, But make so that if they are hit by a EMP they will send in back another charge of EMP(probably a bit smaller
    • About electric shock, make so they will discharge part of or fully it at nearby machinery (don't affects tazers), or make it so that being shocked in the torso or other parts of their body which would not have been made for receiving energy would stun him and shock people who would touch them while stunned
    • i do not believe being regenerated when being shocked is anyway balanced, i believe it would be proper if they would receive a buff in speed and a debuff in something(like meth) if they would receive energy from a viable way( like, dionae regenerate from radiation, but they do get damage from the floral somatoray)
    • gaining some energy from food, i have no comment on that, seems something normal, or use cyborg recharges for that
    • glowing softly into darkness is okay,if that would be toggleable, glowing into darkness can sometimes be a hell of a problem when running of sec or other antags which do not have night vision
    • make so that doing surgery into them without insulated gloves would shock who was performing it, also they would be more resilient to infections, such because of their energy manipulation, ligthning, etc
    • their attack could give a small burn damage, like a small shock which would not stun, just either drop what someone was holding(chance of 5% or something like that), like a small shock you get from low voltage
    • it would be better if they instead, could not break brones easily or would heal them if at some situation(no clue at what one, like a shock on the limb)if that would be the case, they cannot do augmentation or amputate limbs normally due to high voltage energy holding their limbs( could amputate them at very strong force, but could be attached a bit easily)
    • another idea that could be used at his blood is if it is pure energy(like lightning) and touching energized things that would shock you would suck it instead, and you could be sucked out of blood if they used like, a empty or half full battery somehow on you
    • due to their energy blood, they would need it to run their organs, that somehow run on electric energy( like if they are half mechanized or something), if they are half mechanized, they should be resilient to EMP due to the weakness they would have of receiving EMP and sending another wave(or strongness, maybe that can just be switched by a organ EMP weakness and remove that EMPw ave thing)
    • lack of energy MUST as you said kill via ''suffocation'' damage, just because energy would be their blood
    • low energy should cause you to get fatigued, medium would recharge, and high would cause something like i said about the meth , that would see fit when being shocked
    • being immune to chemicals is a bit OP, but they could use a small-medium ammount of their energy to neutralize or contain harmful chemicals and helpfull chemicals as well(should be able to be used as a spell or ability)
    • make so that them being attacked would make smal hole (same thing as wounds) at their skin, leaking some high voltage energy which won't hurt anyone but will remove it from your energy
    • make it so that toxin damage would be turned into burn or brute damage ( they would use energy to kill the part of their body intoxicated and grow another trough regenerating brute damage, would work just as a exchange of both)trough a ability ?, oxyloss would be regenerated normally from breathing

      some of these in here may be contraditory to others but prioritize the ones below than the ones above
  7. i think i have something that would make this species alot interesting, first of all make it so they need to breath pure oxygen or another gas due to their electric reactions inside them (usually the air isolates the lightning and all). depending on the amount of the shock  they will either get damaged, stunned or healed. all chemicals inside them are heated to a certain temperature (very hot, due to the electrics inside them), They will proccess reagents and chemicals, tought some of them have different reactions on them, due to a different organism, after i'll read the doc i'll give some feedback, but from what i've seen, it's pretty unbalanced

  8. sometimes i go lolkilled and i just get a bit mad, then when i get cloned i generally freak at anyone who has the same physical appearences of the guy who killed me, or when i get extra mad i just go doing crazy shits until people don't believe in me anymore to the point they would not believe that someone killed me

From what i see now, the vampire is a role that is alot weak at the start of the round and is really good metagamed for when they find a body without or with low blood(that happened less since the blood overhaul), A thing i would want to see was if it had vampire clans, that defines what powers you start or grow and their more special abilities, let's say one of the clans has a -2 on all frenzy check(that would be a feature that the vamp would go on a rampage, killing everything in their front, not sure how that would work) but they are stronger with melee weapons or fists, other clan for example would have better stealth skills like invisible and some types of trance.

    and another thing i would like to have would be the ability to make ghouls(not thralls), that would be humans that drinked vamp vitae (let's say, vamp blood) and they get usually stronger and resilient and they would be very encouraged to obey you or like you, and everytime they would drink your vitae they would be more forced to obeying you, until it drinks three times and gets completely submissive to you

    other nice thing would be like to make another vamp, by removing all their blood and placing a bit of yours, but that would be completely hard as they would receive oxygen damage,that vamp woulnd't be submissive to you and could tell other people about that.

    we could also have a new gamemode, where a group of rampaging vampires tries to strike the station out of humans or slave them

    people will always metagame who killed them, that's fact, i also believe that the way it already is it's good enough, in one round or another we have a changeling turning everyone into the same people(i do that everytime mostly i am a clown with the shittest name somone would want) 99% of the time they get lynched because ''hey, i got turned into someone else probably was that guy who passed me and not a wizard '', tought if you want to be found it won't be hard if you have some friends that misses you

  11. in my opnion it would be better if: instead of borgs it would be IPC's, probably with one of the protesis which looks like a cybermen(there's one), and these have objectives as laws, which should be the ones you said, and they should have a IPC body creating machine or a admin to spawn it since the chest can't be created.

    well, at wiki it already says space worms is biohazard one(it also says is admin only),so i just tought that would be in the code already for being a biohazard one and not very broken :thonkong:

  13. as we have the other biohazards, i made this suggestion so admins can use it more, it actually exists and is a space worm outbreak a event programmed in game, admin-only, never sawn them personally but it looks pretty good,my suggestion is to use it on rounds like Fluke ops where nukies fails totally, then admins could activate the level 1 biohazard event, or at succefull nations round where mostly players get on a alliance easily, i think this resource is in game and should be explored, it looks pretty good( it's probably the OPiest shit i've ever seen)

    how much TC does it costs ?, for hijack item you can reduce its cost so the guy can buy more items(probably a bad idea) or make it so it leaves a small Bluespace anomaly so people can know that someone has a teleporter gun or something like that, and make so that the hand tele also let's a small bluespace anomaly as well, so people don't powergame/metagame
