The electric boogaloo point after my first horrid suggestion, and some thinking.Why, not just lower it to 75 so that way they're still rare but not overly priced to the point they're in the triple digits. It's a modest pricing though if those that bought them in the past for the the 100 price could ask for a very tiny reimbursment like 15? So, it's not overly easy but at the same time they can get some KP back.

If, I had some images to go along with this, I had one round as a traitor chaplain. I popped the missionairy kit for the shift, as I went around Alex Rockwell was the captain for the shift, and he was dancing with dreamy bubbles. So, I thought "Hey, let's spice this up." I mind controlled the HoP and Dreamy Bubbles. I then procceded to command them to just slap Alex silly. Alex, began asking why he was being slapped by dreamy. I did this for a majority of the shift just watching alex get slapped. Sec, had no idea the staff was controlling the hop or Dreamy. It was a right hoot.

From tg experience you can. Basically, any hat including helmets though only applies to biosuits rad suits etc. Not hardsuit helms unless chamleon.

I've never liked the look of a lot of the weird coloured furs but I'd never say it was a problem. It's something that should really be handled in character. Dont like the way someone looks? Say it IC could lead to some RP.
Have to agree here. You can be a bright neon green Tajaran all you want, but just be prepared for someone asshole (Derth) to come up to you in game and call you a radioactive furbeast.
10/10 made me laugh. In seriousness at least limit it to a certain degree of shading.

We need less instastunning all round IMO.
How about if they cost 4-7 and dealt a decent amount of randomised burn damage (as you'd expect from being electrocuted) and did stamina pain, stick in induced HEAVY slurring and maybe a little brain damage and they'd be a decent stealth combat option without the "i win" factor.
If that's not "balanced" enough have them burn out the battery in 3-5 hits and require a wholly new one, or bump up the TC so they're in the same cost tier as the e-bow.
Then, it would make them unappealing when you can just whip out the e-bow n esword combo, and texas two step your target into next week. I'd say as much as the power fist, around 8 tc's. But, has a major draw back. Yes, it will retain the colorable thing but at the cost really weak power, meaning it has the power of a standard power cell so, say each uses 1500 power. To balance out as it would start with 7500. So, if my math is correct you end evenly at five uses before they give out. From there you could in theory recharge them but the time would take around 30-60 seconds at least

Actually, the dwarfisim is kind of a good trait. See, from how I see on /tg/ dwarfism actually let's you move faster, and climb tables with no need for click n drag. Only, way I could see it as a debuff if you gave the person a dwarf beard...
