Toxic the meme

Hey is anyone else having this problem during surgery? It's a pretty major thing that makes it impossible for me to properly doing surgery. Whenever and wherever I click on a person it's always the upper body instead of say the head or the arm. Anyone know why it does this or how I can fix this?
