hi. when im RD i get asked a lot about how to do RnD and toxins (mostly). i have notes which i do hand out, but i decided to make some videos for the visual learners out there. im putting these out there for anyone else that wishes to use them please note: the way i do things may not be the best way, but they are successful ways to do these things. there may be more efficient methods, but this is how i do them quick basic RnD guide: quick toxins guide: it may be apparent that im not the best video editor. regardless, hope you find some use out of these
