Wanting to follow in her mother's footsteps, she began focusing almost single-minded on her studies. Internships and assistant roles were common activities in her life. Despite her occupational choice, Arrietta occasionally struggles with her phobias of blood and mutilation, which have been known to make her lose her nerve on occasion. She is quite aware of these weaknesses and they frequently push her to work extra hard. While she might know her way around medicine and a scalpel, she is loath to raise a hand against others, even finding it hard to do so in self defense. Her tone of voice as one would expect changes to reflect her current mood. While engrossed in her work she tends to take on a no-nonsense to borderline commanding tone. Outside of that her voice tends to be warm and welcoming.
