And all other issues can probably be fixed with far less work than was put in to revert back to 15x15...

Revert back to 15x15: Find playable mob HUD code, change the CENTER-8s to CENTER-7s, change view = "17x17" to view = "15x15" in world.dm

Fix everything with 17x17: Take every full-screen cinematic, take simple mob view ranges, and take any future ports that involve any HUD or full-screen sprites or any of that and edit the values there

Eh, from what I'm looking at not really

    Also

This is my greatest reason in favor of 17x17. 15x15 just wastes space on my monitor. I run 64x64 (2x) so going 15x15 just makes my gameplay area smaller. It doesn't change how the tiles look AT ALL.

Now give me at least one reason why 15x is better that is NOT related to the resolution of your screen. Because you will not ruin this for other people because you're a selfish prick.

If we're going to throw out the people's monitors have specific resolutions arguments, let's actually throw out that argument.

well, you can avoid carps at 17x17, with 15x15 they will chew your ass off, same is true for all other hostile animals.

To be completely honest, this seems more like a bug with 17x17 that would be fixed with 15x15 than a feature.

  3.

    Sure.

    • Puts us in line with every single SS13 codebase on the planet--who all use 15x15 // This means that it's slightly less of a pain in the ass for new features to be ported from other codebases. Less alcohol consumption by coders is a good thing I'm sure we'll all agree

Why was the End of Round griff/robust/singulo spawning allowed when it was previously against the rules?

Admins literally went insane irl from stress

Why (again) is Greytide so frequent?

In a word: Momentum.(i'll edit more once i'm not sleepy and playing)

Why can't I (directly) harm people with lit lighters?

Good idea. Post a suggestion in the suggestions forum about it.

They'll be able to change suits at will, and any spaceworthy suit should also be able to keep them cool also hm actually hang on not sure if that'd be really codable, probably, maybe, it'll probably have to have some sort of dummy tag or idk I'll have to do a few checks before making that A Thing I'm pretty sure.

They also won't spill their gas everywhere like a plasmaman would, they only need to breathe the co2 not be surrounded by it at all times so that won't be an issue if that's what you're thinking of.

    Some notes:

The suit isn't spaceworthy, they'll still take damage from pressure if exposed to space

The tank should probably be just simular to the vox tanks, that can fit into pockets and/or belts

  7. tbh of all the servers that should be worried it should be goon considering that Scott Manley's a goon, both an eve goon, and a SA goon, and his audience is highly goons, so I see goon rising but not really the other servers much.

Don't think there's any issues with the change to tabun, really. Taking more time and effort to make it with a more difficult recipe would kinda be cancelled out with the increased yield, as opposed to old sarin which would give you about 40 units per 120 units of the precursors, thus taking a lot longer to make anyway.

    also

Azide was also noted, but was also not as strong.

  9. Eh. Sarin, on its own, is pretty obvious and easily treated by a competent medical team or even just a paramedic with an anti-tox pill. It takes a while to actually take effect, and even when manually made it makes a tiny amount compared to the complexity of the recipe. You get what, 45 units per 120 units of precursors of which there are what, 9 of?
