The evident salt in a thread not related to the ongoings of a past round aside.. I'd like to bring Malphystoh's (and any others concerned about meta) attention to this, for context.
This is the page on the Paradise Wiki that clearly states that all employees of the Nanotrasen Crew are expected to know the information on that page, bare minimum. Jobs like Head of Security are expected to 'meta knowledge' more detailed information due to their position on the station, as the wiki states about the Head of Security's job position and what it entails. While the directly-stated specifics for all crew members on the (as the page reads) Nuclear Strike Team/Nuclear Operatives entry do not include the fact they have a nuclear bomb, it is reasonable for the HoS (or really, anyone with a brain) to 'meta' this, or for assumptions to be made and conjecture to be provided. Especially if they declare war. And who would send hostile agents out into space without ship full of cool stuff for Science?
TL;DR: You are expected to meta parts of antag knowledge and how they work, and jobs like HoS are expected to meta more. Communication. Just wanted to inform.
Spoiler out of the way, Enginseer-42's idea of leaving one Operative behind to pilot the ship is actually wonderful, as then a security pod pilot/mechanic can't immediately rush the ship and break inside to take stuff. I'm neutral on the idea of beefing up the ship's defenses even more, but I'm not opposed to it either, especially considering that the Operatives are carrying potentially company-sensitive equipment on board.
So what might I suggest? Well, Enginseer's idea of leaving an Operative behind to pilot the ship for one, second being to keep the Nuke Ops' bomb in the Center of the ship surrounded by reinforced materials to protect it.. layout depending that is.
Or just scam the nuke code from CentCom, or ask the Syndicate to provide you their nuke code for the vault nuke (can't recall if Fax Machines and communication consoles can be e-magged or not, buuuuut...). That'd be fun. I'd offer a puppy to help, but I'm lazy.
